The episode starts with Ishaani being taken away by police and Manas looking at them sadly .
Inside the house sharman tells ever one and his kaaki (ishaani's mother) that they were bothered /concerned about their sister and they were going to the police stn, the lawyer was meeting them there
They assure nothing would happen to Ishaani
RV looks thoughtful, Ritika looks at Sharman disappointed
As Sharman, devarsh, prateek are leaving for PS ,Baa stops Sharman saying its his sagayi , he should stay back for the ceremony
Sharman tells Baa that ishaani was arrested and placed behind bars and in this situation how was she was thinking of sagayi !!If they did not do anything fast then Ishaani would stay at police stn for long time .He leaves for police stn leaving behind teary eyed Ritika and a sad Baa
RV apologises to Ritika's father about all that happened, he apologises to ritika too
He gets back to work with Nitin
Ritika leaves with her father, disappointed and Baa stares at the ring Ritika would have given Sharman
At office RV tries to pretend all was ok , tells Nitin to get back to work but nitin says he could not behave normal as he could not think like RV
He says Ishaani was never going to steal the diamonds of her own factory as they all belonged to her , why would one steal her own things ?? this was the work of one of his enemies who wanted to tarnish the name of RV, asks RV to think on those lines
RV listens to Nitin and tells them to get back to work
Manas too comes with a file but he too gets back to work
After NItin n Manas leave RV becomes thoughtful and sad
Elsewhere Disha is asking her share of money from Chirag , but he declines to give her any money as (he fakes) he had lost the diamonds by mistake
Disha -Chirag confrontation. she wants diamonds / money .. while Chirag threatens to expose her pics of diamond stealing on his mobile
Disha regrets her actions ,she had neither diamonds nor money , ishaani was in jail and RV was not going to bail her out , she was in a mess , she regrets
Chirag is called by RV to his office and RV demands his diamonds in exchange of his house
Offers RV 10 crore house in exchange of 50 crore diamonds , very good deal
In the police van that lady police gets talking to Ishaani , praising her pati , how the other day he was declaring her as his wife , he loved her, did not want her name tarnished , that day it was fight over declaring wife , today it was over property n diamonds , the both were always at loggerheads
Back at RV's office he confronts chirag and demands his diamonds back
He tells him that he knew him very well and was sure he had not sold those diamonds
They were surely in his pocket ,he gives him two mins to decide whether he wanted those diamonds or his house back
Chirag thinks as the stop watch clicks on
Finally chirag says he accepted RV's deal, he wanted his house back , he hands over the diamonds back to RV,and RV demands from Manas the papers of his house
A shocked manas brings them and hands over to RV
Instead of handing the legal documents , he throws them to the floor , pours alcohol.Scotch over them and sets them alight by throwing a lighted match stick ,chirag is shocked
RV celebrates his recovery of diamonds and Chirag tries to retrieve the papers from the fire
RV warns him to be careful not to burn his hands or next time he will not be able to steal
Chirag is unable to retrieve his papers of his house , he accuses RV of going back on his word
RV retorts he treats cheaters by cheating with them
Chirag is then ordered out of RV's office and threatened with dire consequences if he ever stepped into his office again
In the police van Ishaani is asked why was she doing this ??she loved her husband too much , she was not doing this for money , she must be doing this to save him , so why did she not tell him ?
Ishaani says when one did things for your loved ones you should never talk about it
The lady police assures her that her pati would surely save her/bail her out
Back at police station Devarsh and prateek plead the police officer not to put Ishani behind the bars as their lawyer was going to arrive soon, police officer reprimands them
Ishaani is brought in by the police
she tries to pacify her brothers and tells them to go back home
sharman arrives there an declares that they will go home only when they can take her along with them
he brings the lawyer along who says they have applied for bail and the papers would arrive any moment now
police officer strictly orders lawyer to do his own work while he orders ishaani to be out behind the bars
just as Ishaani is about to enter the lock up RV arrives and says "Rukk jayiyey!!!.."
STOPP !!!
All turn to look at RV surprised !!..
RV declares that the diamond company that had filed the FIR had been taken over by him
And on being the owner of that company he was telling the police that he had found the lost diamonds , so he was taking back the case filed against Mrs Ishaani waghela , so since she had no case against her , she now need not go to jail
Falguni is having tears of joy and ishaani is relieved and happy to be saved by RV
Prateek ,sharman , devarsh too are happy and relieved
ishaan looks at the lady police with surprise at her predictions
Lady police takes RV's signatures
she asks RV who was he signing as ?? Ishaani's husband or the Owner of diamond company who had filed the case ??
after thoughtful moments RV says he was signing as her pati
falguni is having more tears of joy , so is Ishaani
RV then adds that he was the owner of the company too who had filed the case
so he was both
BG song plays " kuch toh tha tere mere darmiyaan .."
after RV signs the papers Ishveer have a long eyelock where they both have a faint smile on their faces
Manas is seen confronting Disha over her disgusting actions for taking revenge from RV
disha denies all the charges but manas then scolds Disha for stealing diamonds from his safe
disha is shocked that manas knew all about it
Mamas then accuses her of cheating him , her pati , and then giving those diamonds to chirag that man who was the greatest enemy of RV and her family too !!
at police stn sherman is seen giving a lift to lawyer and dropping him home
Falguni sits in prateek's car
ishaani waits for a lift back home
she looks at RV hopefully and RV looks at her yearningly
they both sit next to each other in Prateek's car
they become aware of each other , the look at eachother , feel one another's presence
the BG song lays ."Hum tere bin ab rehe nahin saktey ..."
while the BG song plays RV remembers how she had taken over the saved him from going to jail and ishani remembers how he had bought that diamond company and taken back the case and signed as her pati
both realise what they meant for one another, while sitting silently ,
precap shows Ishaani crying uncontrollably and RV walking on the beach heart broken
