question is, how is the mehta family staying afloat? they have been facing financial difficulties for at least 2 years now yet they still have their house. chirag is not seen doing any work, just his usual bonking sessions with half the town. as for his dad who knows, he's only seen hatching ruses..

chaytali knows the jewellery shweta gave to ishaani is fake, maybe if ishaani sells her kangan, she'll know the mehta's are fake just like the jewellery.. i think falguni will come to know that it is fake soon.

Maybe not. Often characters are shown very khuddar or something. That's what she is. Maybe the idea didn't hit her head that time. Or maybe she's upset with her bf for his stupid behaviour in the party.

@bold... exactly tht...and the "girl's family only give to boy's family...they don't take anything in return" logic which sadly remains reality for many families even today...😕 n ishani would never do tht... it would be against her family's izzat n values if she did... not tht stealing was in favour of her family's izzat either...

I ponder over the same thing..But if you have watched the episode after leap, Ketan tells Chirag the money we took from Harshad for the deal is getting over. So we need to do something soon.
They dont have any self respect. They lead lives in other people's money.

1. She stole the money thinking that she won't let a third person find out and put the money back within a day or two (or 10 ) without anyone other than herself and her God finding out what she did. If she asked Chirag it would not have been a private affair. She would have to forego her self-respect in front of someone other than her God.

2. She doesnt' feel close to Chirag enough to ask him for help.. lol...she is fooling herself that she is in love.

3. Chirag didn't come to her mind because she was overwhelmed and couldn't think straight. If she was in her right mind she would not have stolen the money.

Ketan had a business partnership with harshad -they were talking about entering that deal before the engagement. Ketan was saying some time back that the money they had is finishing. It seems ketan cheated harshad in that deal.

thanks, i must have deliberately fast forwarded that scene as they bore me..
i thought harshad must have lost their wealth and money after investing in the wrong shares as he didn't have ranveer's guidance. ishaani's boss also berated her that he lost a lot of money after trusting harshad and putting his money in the same shares he did..
but just recently ranveer said the mehta's will be first in his list to exact vengeance upon as they wronged harshad so it must be that phony deal as well as the share market that left them kangal, he probably had a heart attack after the shock that the mehta's deceived him and that ranveer was right after all..
