I think so. Today's episode went quite quietly or so it felt to me. Chirag doesn't seem to have given up and he probably will come back to take the revenge before the leap takes place; and justify his presence in the promo.

I still feel that EK is capable of adding twist. Chirag's cunningness has still not reached to the glory and there is still scope for the stupidity of Harshad and family. Chirag will have a backup plan and that will work.

Exactly. He's beaten down, not defeated. I personally want this drama to take place as without this Ranveer's departure wouldn't leave the impact it is supposed to. Ranveer needs to be humiliated and thrown out of the House to become the man he's going to become. But after the leap story should catch the momentum it should have had long ago.

I think it was twitter where the admin(?) said Ishaani-Chirag's wedding won't take place. Also, I agree with both of you. It all makes sense to me. As I said, Ranveer's humiliation is must for his growth as a person and as a character therefore for the first time his insults won't make me sad as they did often; and also Ishaani wouldn't seem too foolish.

Chirag was continuously being insulted but he dint utter a word. That shows he has bigger plans.
