I was happy that there'll be something realistic to show, and, your predictions are turning out to be absolutely true. What do you mean by the real audience? Why won't they come to the forums? Do the show makers visit the sites??

The real audience is who likes to empathise with the sufferer. These are the people who like to see tears - conspiracies- saas bahu fights - total negative characters etc. These people have no idea of good shows.
BTW have you seen big boss the most hit show - whats there except fights, shouting and bitching
Yes the makers do visit these forums sometimes but these forums hardly influence their ideas.

Empathising with a character isn't bad. I myself empathise with them. It's just I don't want these things to affect my real life. This works for me well, and lets me enjoy the fiction very much. I see many fans on Facebook commenting that Ranveer should confess his feelings to Ishaani and that he shouldn't worry about the other things like money or family. How?? I mean how they take things too seriously when they know very well 'tis a fiction? I pity the people who like the mindless saas bahu sagas. It's really awful. Haha! The big boss is the most hit show?? Unbelievable. The celebraties they select for the shows are just as awful as the show itself. I get headache watching the promos.

just wait for some days and have a look at the TRPS of Big Boss 8
BTW -there is a show on colors Sasural Simar ka which is in top 2-3 shows. Have a look at the story on the net and try to watch 2-3 episodes if you can. It would give you a feel about the type of shows which are successful on Indian TV

I know what kind of show that is! Hindustan Times keeps jeering at it often. My mom sometimes watches it I get the feelings of jumping off the house. It's too negative and mindless that I feel my nerves will stop anytime. I exaggerated, but you know the feeling. There was a cover story of Hindustan Times about the English TV shows and the shows were amazing. I haven't seen many, the ones I saw were 24 and Sherlock. I haven't seen any Indian show ever going upto that level. It's just sad here they don't think logically and the audience watch the same drama over and over again.
