Radha's dad and Esha's mum are the only sane people in this drama.
I've really started to get p****d off at the male dominated atmosphere in the drama.

First thing I was angry about was the neighbours telling her what she is supposed to wear as a DIL. She was also was forced to do the ritual for leaving her house as a daughter.

I really liked what Radha said to her mother that even women who wear a sari with a backless blouse our the blouses are sleeveless they are not judge because they are wearing a sari. What Radha is wearing covers her body and is not "cheap or vulgar" like Radha said.

Then there's the stupid tasks they are going to make Radha do. Obviously the tasks will be cooking, cleaning and serving the family members. I mean that's the only qualities they can have in a DIL. If she can't do any of that then she doesn't deserve to be their DIL.

I can see the story heading towards them moulding Radha into a perfect DIL with her not having an identity of her own and they will show that her change is the right way to go and will praise her for it. It's not like the way she is now is wrong.

LD's family is like those people who brag to other people that "Oh we are soo cultured and religious" and then look down upon those who are not. Everyone has different cultures and ways of connecting to their God and just by showing it to everyone doesn't make you better than everyone else.

I hope Radha puts her foot down and tell them what they are doing is wrong. I want her to reply back to them, but of of course the elders will shout at her saying "how dare you speak back to us"

Just because you are elder to them doesn't mean respect is automatically given to you. You have to earn respect.
LD's family are only going to be able to progress in life if Dadaji doesn't force them to follow his archaic and patriarchal rules.

Radha's mother being there is gonna change the way Radha will have to interact with them ans she will force her to change into one of them. I want Radha to stay they same.

I'm slowly staring to lose interest and just only want to watch LeeRa scenes.

I disagree with you yet. I also felt the same when I first got introduced to LD's family. However, since the Mathura trip started for Radha, I have more hope for this show.
1. Radha's Dad: I love that along with being a supportive dad he is one that is more sensible than Radha. He advices Radha to deal with this new change of course in her life with a bit more cool headedness than she is showing and to not deal with it as if its a disaster but just simply a different course than what she wanted to take. Maybe she can still get to the same destinations she wants to get to just via a different route. Life is often unpredictable in this way and often times what we see as a setback can be used as a

2. Radha's mom: is a typical parent who means well but does not know what "well" for her child is.

3. LD's Family: LD's Dadaji is not as rigid as he appears to be. He is actually one who follows traditions because of strong value sets. He is principled in tradition not cultured in it. However, most everyone else in LD's family like Bua dadi, LD's father, brother and sister-in-law etc are cultured in tradition. They do not know why they follow it. They do it because they have been told that is the best way to live. They don't think beyond that. LD's chachi ji and their daughter are the kind that don't accept traditions but also don't revolt too much for fear of not being accepted. LD's mom on the other hand is the only character in this story so far who is smart enough to choose her battles. She fights for causes that she believes in, and she does so within certain boundaries.

LD: is a confused soul. He tries to do the right thing but he is not a determined character like his mother or Radha. He changes his stand too quickly and gives up easily. He needs a proper support in his mother or maybe in the future in the form of Radha to do what he believes is right.

Radha: She is the character that has the ability to change everyone's thinking but her weakness is her age. She is immature to understand the power she has if only she uses it wisely and she is outspoken enough to come across as a brash and disrespectful person, though she does not intend to be that way.

The best thing that kept me watching this show this week was the fact that Radha didn't change her clothes. Even though her mother and LD tried hard. Even after knowing that she could face issues going to LD's house in jeans, she still held onto her own identity and what she thought was correct. Even after being scolded by Bua dadi she was stern enough to put her argument forward in front of her without accepting that she did something wrong by wearing jeans. I don't think it was that hard for Radha to change her clothes but the fact that she didn't was to prove a point. And that is the point that this show is trying to prove also. The day Radha gives up her fight, I will stop watching also.

I agree with u, TM. Iam losing patience watching Dadaji, his sis and LD's chachi staring at Radha's jeans when it is a well dignified one and their words too. But dadaji fell into one wrong illusion for what happened to his sis. Iam sure once Radha breaks his false thinking, he'll come into reality and starts loving her and respecting her for what she is and he himself wants her as his grand daughter. Bearing such scenes for LD & Radha. They're soo cute, very young & refreshing to watch.

I hope it is Radha who changes them, not the other way around. Because it is them who have to change their wrong opinions slightly, though they are good. They have to understand not every city person is the same, just like they can't say every person in Mathura is good. Good & bad are every where. It doesn't depend on following only certain customs. Even being in a traditional place & small town like Mathura, i don't think any other ppl in Mathura have same opinion towards city ppl or that much particularity about traditions like Dadaji's family have even when they are traditional, like Radha told LD the other day. It is all due to what happened to them which made them chose something which they think is correct for their family.

Liked -JS- points too. I wish Radha to be herself, the way she is now all the way till the end. She can still wear traditional sarees, lehengas and suits too, but only when she thinks to wear not for anyone or upon anyone's instinct. Following culture and tradition doesn't come from only a particular set. Everyone has diff. ways and Radha's family too have one. Being in city doesn't make them non traditional. They are very normal happy family, not an ultra modern family like Dadaji thinks.

I liked how Radha dealt with them. Despite of her intention to come here to break this marriage, she still talked with them in respect and in her true self. I liked it alot. And LD, despite of his contradiction to Dadaji's test..he agreed upon it and wish her to pass bcoz he loves her alot and want her to be with him all his life. Like -JS- said, i hope Radha not only changes Dadaji's mind set but also gives LD and other ppl to stand up for and follow what they want to do.

Being a perfect DIL for a family, whatever type it is, is to care, support, maintain and respect each and every one, along with being what she wishes to be. Not mere looking after everyone but doing injustice to ownself. I know Radha can balance all these bcoz she has a gem of her father's teachings and way of life and her mother's innocence which is her beauty for which LD fell upon in such a short span of time! 😊 I want Radha to become their DIL only when she wishes to be later after falling for LD, in the process understanding him and loving him and real marriage, not bcoz she pass the tests.

I wish her mother too to understand that what Radha wants is the good thing for Radha. Since she is present here, i kindaa' feel after being with them and seeing their POV's and contrary nature during few incidents, she is the same person who wishes to take away Radha back to their home. By the time Radha falls in love with LD and his family too likes her(or many not, but surely going to have some effect of her). I wish LD to give a long heart touching speech about Radha's character which makes them not only understand what a diamond Radha is, but also how much LD loves her and wants her, thinking how perfect she is for him. When she leaves, LD comes back to continue his studies (be it the same clg permitting him or the other clg near to it) thinking Radha doesn't love him, but still loving her in his heart and then back to college romance after awesome cute college fights which happened before!

Right now, if we keep these tests and elder ppl things apart, LD understood and fell for her. It is time for Radha to understand and fall for him! Let's forget all the other things! After all, it is love story! Everything about their journey of LOVE!

Let Radha dip & immerse in love colors of LD now, like it happened to him before! Let her start seeing him every where! ILLUSION OF LOVE!

STAY POSITIVE!

Love LD & Radha ❤️
