Sid Makkar is all praise for producer Smriti Iraani, with whom he's working with in Mere Apne.


Smriti plays Sid's mom in the serial. "Initially Smriti didn't interact much with me, but today she has really opened up. She doesn't come across as the boss," says Sid. Well Sid it always helps to be in bosses' good books
