i need help with IF login

i don know where to put this question so i put it here in member lounge

my cousins wants to sign up

she just signed up n there she is logged in cz the right corner says logout [ username ] but when i messaged her IF says this member is not in database

and when she clicks on private message it says " sorry only member with sufficient permission can excess this page"
