what is the best hair straightener brand? i'm going to be giving it to my cousin for her birthday and i am willing to spend as much money on it as long as its well worth it and wont damage the hair. she promises to use damage proof sprays. i have heard of chi and ghd through one of my friends but was wondering which one is better and why. and is there any way i can get them in canada. i need to know before sunday, thats the day of my cousins birthday bash. thank you. i really appreciate the help.

i have ceramic teh salon ones, ur in canada as well,so ithink you canget it too.

shoppers drug mart is maybe a resourceful placeto get it, dont know what province ur in, & it depends on ur hair type. my is naturally staight so i only use it twice a week when i need it. 😊

i use a remington, it straightens ur hair in one fine stroke 😛

GHD str8ners r the best...but they r quite xpensive..N i think u shud b able 2 buy em from ur local hairdresserz.... 😉

Yep, even I was gonna say GHD straightners are the best, and the expensive ones are the best ones, you should also buy her Heat Spray for her hair which will also save her hair getting damaged by heat cuz heat damages your hair. I recommend GHD straightners 😛

Are you sure they won't damage your hair? My hair is pretty straight but sometimes from the bottom it gets all wavy and i hate that. So, just wondering if there's something not too powerful but it does the job without damaging your hair?
