Both options are fine but I don't think he should do the therapy, because then there is doctor patient relationship thingy. They won't be able to date then.

Okay, so for the ML I was thinking of a super rich businessman guy with a royal surname. His younger brother will be the hot psychiatrist guy who will help Ruhi with the case and her therapies. As for Dr. Rohan's family, we can have him be the honorary family. His son and daughter can be like siblings to Ruhi along with Shivu and Abhir. But Abhir will be torn between Ruhi and Abhira ofc.

Let abhir go yrrr no need to get him here. Already we got many characters.

That's why I suggested the ML to be his elder brother or a best friend who will also become Ruhi's best friend and platonic soulmate. It will be just more and more hot men in Ruhi's life

I did. And I was thinking of making Dr. Rohan, his wife and his children to be Ruhi's honorary family but his son won't be the ML.

Okay so truth can be found by the psychiatrist through Nurse and he can either directly tell her pr involve Shivu in it. We could get a banger confrontation scene with that. Followed by divorce prep and Goenka's disowning her to take her child away from their beloved abheera, Followed by her meeting Manjari ( getting to know about her condition), Followed by therapy and custody cum divorce case simultaneously. Then her winning the case and then if she wants then to stay here in Udaipur or can leave with her man and her child.
