Roaming around the streets of the big IF city, Vijay sighed in content. The little town he once discovered had turned into a bustling and busy city within blink of an eye. It was not a quiet, rather a noisy place but he had found his peace in it. People here were very sweet but time and again they found reasons to quarrel and time and again those small quarrels led to big wars and he had to come to the rescue. He did not mind it though. When he came across some of the people, they would smile at him and sometimes thank him for what he has given them, a roof over their fandom. They were divided under different names, under the title of different shows, they sailed different ships yet shared a similarity, their passion for their favourites and their love for his little city.
Within a short span of time, a lot had changed, people came and went, yet the city was always filled with many. it's population increasing each day. Unlike China, he didn't mind the population, in fact "the more the merrier". He could still remember when this big city started from a single brick, his Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahi blog. Never had he thought this would turn out to be so big. This town of his where every year, writers and artists were born. He could not be less proud, could he? After all, he took all his pride in being the father of this planet.
There were days though, when he just got tired of this place. Times when he wanted to just take a break from the hustle of IF. There were times when his people quarrelled for silly reasons, reasons which didn't make sense to him. And then there were times when the construction demanded his attention. He had to make sure that IF was safe enough and did not fall apart. And today as he dreamed for a better tomorrow, all he could promise himself and the IF family, was an even bigger and better IF.
Vijay smiled as he looked at his city and felt happy. It did not matter what day it was, IF was always special to him and he was always special for IF and it's people. He shook his head in disappointment as he spotted some new buzz going on. He stood up and headed towards the new buzz.
Nothing more special than spending his birthday in his town.
