Pratap and Ajabde, the couple who were made for for each other, their destiny wanted them to be together, from the beginning only when their Rudraksha mala exchanged,which is known as a symbol of purity and peace, to the way to their royal wedding.

Difficulties came up, tensions, curiosity, anxiety, mis-understandings all were there,but as their destinies and their hard penance wanted them to be with each other,to live for each other, and be a Companion, for all difficulties, they had to be together. Not only this,this royal wedding was a Dream for them, A dream which came true !

The wedding came to be a largest wedding in the Indian Television.The wedding was so grand, so marvellously designed and full of enjoyment and excitement.As Pratap and Ajabde wanted for each other.They both couldn't even imagine such a great wedding,but it happened.

Their dream ,had been fulfilled.The dream which they had actually every PrAja fan has seen for the past 208 days (approx.) had been satisfied.The audience was just glued to the TV sets,to watch the grand marriage of PrAja. Such a huge number of people wanted the day to happen and it did, on 18 September 2014. Excitement,hustle and bustle,the little of tickling ,butterflies in stomach and every single thing was there,which was literally unimaginable !!!

The cast of Pre-Leap - Faisal Khan,Roshni Walia,Jannat Zubair Rahmani,Vishal Jethwa and everyone did a brilliant job.They all made the character alive.Faisal and Roshni made us feel like the real Pratap and Ajabde.

Even when the track hadn't showed the things expected the audience wanted to watch the show, not only because they were still expecting something again from the show,but because of the great talent each and every actor had !

There were costumes, and the sets which really did look like the real palaces of Chittor and Bijolia.

The costumes looked so alike to the real ones that no one could imagine that it was reel.

And most of all the acting was so pleasing that the viewers were amazed and glued to the show !

They were most happy with the marriage of the most lovely and lively pair Pratap and Ajabde. The day was so mesmerizing,and so many people present there.It was not only a dream come true for Pratap and Ajabde in the serial but for the viewers as well,who wanted this marriage to take place so hardly.

Their way,their journey,their destiny wanted them to be together of all ,but,this all wasn't so easy.

It was as difficult as a war going on...Pratap had to fight for his love from everyone,everyone were literally brainwashed,but a true love,with honesty,simplicity,and loyalty has never been broken till now and would never be !

Their paths were the same,but at every step they found thorns,which they had to remove on their own !

And they did it ,by their wisdom,their hard penance,and their understanding and trust which were the most essential in any love and relationship.

Their slow meet turned into their friendship,then their likes,most beautifully their eye locks ,then their love,and Finally their Grand Royal Marriage.It was indeed a long journey of two souls but All is Well That ends well !!!

The love saga of Pratap and Ajabde started from the day detinied tied their fate together. Slowly the migic of PrAja enchanted the viwer. From friendship to love...indeed a long journey!

THE DIVINE CONNECTION

After the death of Meera Bai, Pratap was left heart broken. Jalal, disguised as a commoner was nearly in the same situation. Both of them, unaware of each other's real identity had helped the other out of this grief. In the course of time, two of them develop a great bond. Pratap and his mitra' had put up their respective khemas. A little away from their own khema was the Rajput khema. And as destiny played its part, it happened to be the same khema which had Pratap's soul mate. Ajabde Punwar. Along with her was Phool Kanwar Rathore, the princess of Marawar and best friend of Ajabde. Ajabde was so simple and sober, something highly unexpected from a princess. While Phool, her best friend was quite contrary to what her friend was. She believed more in outer beauty than inner one.

Early morning...He woke up...She woke up. "Kya mitra humarein saath jaana chahenge nadi main snaan karne?". "Phool toh so rahi hai, humein hi jaate hai." They both headed to the river from their won directions. Rising up early was something which had common in themselves. Pratap offers his prayers in the pure water of the river and does "surya pranaam". On the other hand Ajabde is seen is seen offering prayer to suryadev with the holy water of the river. A connection binds them as they take a dip in the same river but unaware of each other's presence. It is then when destiny plays another game..., The blessing of God Shiv, Ajabde's rudraksha maala flows away with the water and finds its destination to be the neck of the owner's soul mate, Pratap. Then and there a divine connection establishes between these two pure souls which binds them together for eternity. Ajabde comes out of the water and then discovers the maala to be missing from her neck and searches it thoroughly in the river water but is unable to do so. It upsets Ajabde as the maala was Lord Shiv's blessing to her. On the other hand Pratap when gets to know about the unfamiliar maala in his neck. He tries to take the maala out of his neck but is unable to do so as he founds it entangles with the other maalas in the neck. Purohit ji says to Pratap that he should keep it; maybe fate doesn't want that maala to go off from him. He should keep it thinking it to be Lord's blessing. Pratap abides. Afterwards Ajabde gets to know from an old lady (fortune teller) that her lost maala will make her meet with someone...SPECIAL.

I FELL FOR YOU AND SO DID YOU

Pratap had come back from the river side when he and his mitra decide to go to the haat mela a little distance away. Phool is seen to be very eager to go the same mela but her brother Jaalam Singh is totally against it and doesn't allow her to go there. That is when Phool decides to go there along with Ajabde dressed as ordinary girls. Ajabde reluctant to disobey Jaalam Signh's order, somehow agrees to accompany Phool. Both the girls stealthily leave for their khema and go towards the mela. Phool gets tired and Ajabde notices a cart with two boys riding it and asks them for lift. Ajabde is oblivious that the one in the cart is non-other than Pratap. They reach the haat and they go in different directions. In the haat Ajabde goes around the place when she notices a boy, ordinarily, Pratap in disguise is earning respectful glances from others and people also kind a saluting him. Further Ajabde sees some soldiers of Mewar talking to the same boy. She is mesmerized by the boy's down to earth behavior and is left totally in awe when she comes to know that the boy is non-other than the prince of Mewar, Pratap Singh. Pratap leaves Ajabde awestruck by his humble and well-mannered self. His down to earth personality and kind nature mesmerizes her...and knowingly her heart falls for Pratap.

The Mewari soldiers informed Pratap that he was going to stay in Bijloia for a few days as suggested by his Rani Maa, Maharani Jaiwanta Bai. Pratap makes preparations to go Bijlia but is upset as before leaving he could not meet his mitra once. Pratap reaches the borders of Bijolia and then decides go there by himself. After searching for a long time Pratap finds his way to the palace but unfortunately ends up in other side of the palace which is guarded by the fort walls. Pratap thinks of going climbing this wall itself and enter the palace as it would take a long time to search for the main door of the palace. When after climbing up the wall, Pratap jumps down inside the palace compound, he finds himself landing on cow dung. This irks him. He further tries to search his way to the entrance of the inner palace but is unable to do so. Wandering around searching for his way Pratap comes to the cowshed. He sees a girl there and thinks of asking her the way. The girl was none other than Ajade who was giving a bath to Laxmi, her cow. Ajabde didn't notice Pratap and threw the bucket of water unknowingly on his feet. This symbolizes that Ajabde had completed the ritual of washing the feet of the guest when he comes to their palace.
Pratap is taken aback by the sudden accident. He looks at his wet feet and then towards a shocked Ajabde. Yes, Ajabde was shocked...shocked to see the great KUNWAR PRATAP there...shocked to know what a mistake she had committed by throwing water on his feet. Ajabde thought that Pratap would be angry but instead Pratap just softened his expressions asking her the way to the palace entrance. Ajabde, unable to utter a word, gestured through her hand towards the door. Pratap a little surprised by Ajabde's shocked expressions, goes inside the palace. There he is unable to find Rao Mamrakh or Hansa Bai. On the other hand Rao Mamarakh is seen asking to one of his soldiers whether flower petals are ready to be showered on Pratap when he enters the palace. At the very moment Pratap is coming from one direction, searching for Rao Mamrakh ji and Hansa Masi ji and Ajabde right from the opposite direction with a plate of petals. Both don't notice each other and thus collide which make the flower petals in in the plate held by Ajabde shower on them as both stare at each other. Ajabde is shocked while Pratap is surprised. This again symbolizes that Pratap didn't even have to skip this ritual of "flower-shower" at a royal guest as it was fulfilled by Ajabde. However Rao Mamarakh seeing the scene in front of him gets very angry and shouts on Ajabde for being so careless and Ajabde is hell scared by this. Pratap stops Rao Mamarakh ji and asks him not to scold the DASI as not only she but he himself is at fault. Rao Mamarakh gets even angry and says that it's not a dasi but his daughter Ajabde and blames on Ajabde that her appearance can only fit that of a dasi and nothing else.
Ajabde is then asked to show Pratap his room. Ajabde upset and scared leads Kunwar Pratap to his room. Pratap meanwhile apologizes to Ajabde for mistaking her as a dasi. Ajabde with a calm face replies that its not his fault as any other person in his place would have thought the same and she herself was at fault as she was in such a shabby appearance as compared to a princess's. Ajabde then starts arranging Pratap's room as per his liking. She arranges his cloths and his bed just in the way Pratap likes. Pratap just couldn't help himself to stare on the calm and serene face of Ajabde. He looks at the peaceful and angelic Ajabde lighting the diyas in the room. Only one thought comes to his mind. "Aapko pata hai Ajabde humein aapko dekh kar apni Rani Maa ki yaad aati hai..."
A corner of his heart was taken away by her beauty in simplicity...






YOU MAKE ME FORGET THE WORLD

Pratap's first morning in the Bijolia palace...Early morning it was. Pratap had woke up early as always.

Used to. But finding the way in the new place was difficult. And there she was for his rescue.
Pratap was trying to find his way towards the dangal sthal but unfortunately he couldn't. He wasn't sure whom he should ask as it was early morning. Then Ajabde called her from behind. In the pin drop silence, her sudden appearance surprised him and both were in state of shocks. Moments of awkward silence followed when both started together, "Woh hum..." surprise followed by cute smiles adorned the face of both the teenagers. Pratap asked her the way to the dangal sthal and she showed him the way. But as Ajabde ha this habit of hers of starting every sentence with shama kijiye, Pratap thought of asking her the reason. "Aapki har baat shama maange se kyun shuru hoti hai?" "Woh shama kjiyega..." Pratap narrowed his eyes as Ajabde was surprised again to discover this habit of hers which she herself wasn't aware. Seeing her expressions Pratap could not stop but laugh merrily. Ajabde too joined him in a while. Pratap stared at her...She was looking so divine while she laughed, so carefree. That smile had some magic in it. Ajabde broke his trance asking him to go to the right direction from next time.
Pratap was as usual practicing after reaching dangal sthal with Chakarapni coming there stealthily as Pratap mistakes him as some thief. Then Chakrapani tells that he had come here to ask him to help him from dropping the marriage plan his father had made. When suddenly a melodious voice caught their attention. It was girl singing in her soulful voice bhajan Aakhiyaan hari darsan ko paasi'. The same song. The same feeling. Who was she? Curious, Pratap followed the direction of the voice and and the scene in front of him mesmerized him. Ajabde singing Akhiya har darsan ko pyaasi' in her soulful voice and praying to her kanha. She looked so divine, so majestic. Pratap could not help but follow Ajabde whwerever she went singing the bhajan. He followed her to the cowshed as Ajabde fed Lakshmi with hay...a spell bound Pratap followed her every move and intook the magic in the air created. Chakrapani was literally shocked to see their Baujiraj following a girl like this as if he could only feel Ajabde and himself here in the world. Pratap followed her forward as she moved to tulsi sthal and watered the holy plant. Pratap just couldn't take his eyes off from the divine soul. She had something in her..which made him forget the world.

Chakrapani though reluctant at first, falls for Saubhagyawati and wants to marry her, but her father, the raj purohit ji is very much disappointed with Chakrapni. Pratap, Ajabde, Phool. Chakrapni and some of their friends plan a fake kidnap of Saubhagyawati then Chakrapani saving her thus proving himself to Purohit ji. Everything was going well when at the river side (where the plan was supposed to be carried out) the Afghan soldier attackes Ajabde, Phool, and others scaring them to hell. The Afgan leader said them to surrender when suddenly Phool spoke up and said tha they should not even dare to touch her as they didn't knew who she was and also onece Pratap comes, he would be dead. This makes him angry and the afghan proceeds to harm the ladies. Ajabde could remember no one but only HM in his deadly situation. "PRATAP!!!" Ajabde screamed at the top of her lungs. She knew that he would come, to save them, to save HER. Pratap was a little distance away when he hear her scream. Without a second thought, skipping the rocks, and jumping the stones, running as fast as he could, Pratap reached the spot. It scared him to think something went wrong with HER. Pratap arrives at the eleventh hour and saves all the ladies, his friends and pirohit ji on time. Beating all the goons black and blue, Pratap showed his skills, that is when something caught Ajabde's attention. That familiar thing in Pratap's neck! Wasn't it her mala? The Shiv ji waali mala? Yes, it has to be that maala which was swaying in his neck as he fought with the enemies. Ajabde was left surprised as the words of the old woman rang in her ears "this lost mala will make you meet with someone special".
Pratap had made everyone flee and others were relieved. HE was very angry on Phool Kanwar as it was her silly plan and if she hadn't planned this silly thing, something like this would never had happened. "Bass, bohot ho chukka. Ab sabhi issi waqt humare saath Bijolia mahal chaliye." Phool had started liking Pratap and somewhere she felt that Pratap would take her hand, but instead Pratap held Ajabde's hand firmly and took her away from the spot living behind a broken Phool. Ajabde wasn't expecting this. Oh! He was so protective...about her... Pratap was going somewhere and Ajabde was suggested for doing nazar utarna of Pratap' Ajabde was only concentrating on Pratap's neck trying to find the mala and confirm what she had seen earlier. When she's unable to...Ajabde goes to Pratap's room and finds the mala there. This revelation surprised Ajabde. She was...connected with...HIM.

I AM WRITTEN IN YOUR FATE

Finally Purohit ji gets ready and the marriage of ChakraWati gets fixed. The wedding takes place in Bijolia palace itself. Various rituals were being performed. In the hall haldi ceremony was going on. "Kunwari ladkiyon ke gaalon mein haldi lagne se unka vivaah pehle hota hai!' A woman tries to apply haldi on Phool's face when Phool moves aside and instead the haldi lands on Ajabde's cheek. "Apni Ajabde ke liye Bind Raja dhundiye Rani ji. Ab toh inka vivah dur nahin." Ajabde could just blush hearing everything. On the other hand Paratap didn't believe in this ritual. Chakrapani's mother applies haldi on Pratap's face. "Maharani sa ko kehna parega humare Kunwar Pratap ke liye Bindni dhundne ke liye!!" Pratap still doesn't believe in this and goes out of the room to wash his way when he notices Ajabde with haldi as well on her cheek too. Knowing smile, knowing look, and a cute blush. They could help but wonder about their familiar situation.

After the haldi ceremony it was the final marriage time of ChakraWati. Hansa Bai all the while had understood that there was definitely something between Pratap and Ajabde. When Chakrapni came as a groom she dreamt of Pratap dressed as groom coming in a horse them asking for her ashirwaad. She comes out of the trance and wonders why she dreamt of this. Chakrapani is all set to tie the mangalsutra in Saubhagyawati's neck when he finds the mangalsutra missing. Everyone is confused where it may have gone, except two. They knew what the case was. Pratap and Ajabde were aware that it must be Saubhagyawati's Dadi who did this out of habit. They both stealthily go to the old lady and looking at opposite directions, unknowingly extend their hands for the mangalsutra. That touch. Both turn around and find their hand i.e. Ajabde's palm upon Pratap's and the old woman drops the magalsutra on THEIR palms. They look at each other and the next moment was of embarrassment. Ajabde could feel butterflies in her stomach. Pratap's condition was no less complicated. Finally the marriage is finished and the ChakraWati take pheres. Hansa Bai this time imagines Pratap and Ajabde in their place and taking pheres. She feels happy that finally her daughter would be happy and tells about her dream to Rao Mamrakh to which he bitterly replies that people like them do not have the right to see such big dreams. Hansa gets upset but stil is confident of PrAja union.

The much awaited celebrations of the PrAja wedding kicked off with engagement. The Engagement that connected these beautiful souls through their rings. It was Ajabdeh , who on the last moment took Phool's place and it went smoothly. It was at this time that the Kundlis of Pratap and Ajabdeh were matched and it only said that they were meant to be. Here, everyone was convinced by them that they were perfect for each other and everyone had finally agreed to their marriage.Pratap departed to Chittor for further rituals and Ajabdeh too went with him, but she had to stay in the Senthil Mahal.Both longed and craved for each other but this longing was soon going to end and they would be one. Chittor celebrated on Pratap's return and he dutifully took blessings from his family- The Chittor Family.

Rituals continue and then there is the Shagun Exchange ritual. Ajabdeh's family reached the Chittor Mahal with lots of gifts for Pratap's family including the sone ki talwaar.The sword is found to be missing but Pratap being a real supporter of his to-be-wife, asked for Rawatji's ancestral sword. Rawatji gives it with utmost pride and pleasure. Obstacles still come in the way but they move on. The Haldi Ceremony is to be held and it is the haldi that connects the two souls.The Haldi of Ajabdeh was done and it was to be sent to pratap when it is exchanged by another haldi which contains acid. Ajabdeh learns of this and decides to save him. She sends Phool with the real Haldi and Phool at the last moment exchanged this. The haldi was applied to Pratap and he has a smile and a blush on his face when everyone applies it to him. Pratap had been disturbed by the recent events around him. On the course of finding the source of these disturbances, he finds that Changezi had been behind all this and there is a fight between Changezi and Pratap . Pratap is wounded and as soon as this news reaches Ajabdeh, she rushes off to the Chittor Mahal, breaking the rules of not seeing each other's face before reaching the mandap. But love does not see rituals; it only sees the care of your loved ones. Everyone slowly realizes that Ajabdeh is not wrong about caring for her to-be-husband. Jaiwanta Baiji supports her and says she can only see deep love in this act of Ajabdeh. The Vinayak Pooja is held and the bride and her groom play their part . Everyone is teasing them that they are soon going to marry and both cannot control their blush. In the end, after taking everyone's blessings they accidentally bump into each other. This was one of the most beautiful scenes in the PrAja marriage. Hansa Bai and Jaivanta Bai strongly feel that Pratap and Ajabdeh are Vishnu and Laxmi descended on the earth.

The next day the Baraat heads towards the Senthil Mahal.Ajabdeh is nervous if Pratap is still angry with her or not , she peeps through the balcony of her room to catch glimpses of her to-be-husband. The Toran Chaar Sanskaar takes place and Pratap jokes with his to-be-mother-in-law. Phool Kunwar takes Pratap to fight with a horse. This horse is the most uncontrollable horse in Marwar. No doubt, Pratap controls the horse with ease and proves that no one other than him is more eligible and deserving for Ajabdeh. The girls take Pratap down to the hall.They make him sit on broken beds with papads and a bedsheet covered over them. He smartly avoids sitting on the bed and the girls are fooled. Being Pratap's saali-sahiba' they have an authority over Pratap as much as Ajabdeh and they all keep pulling each other's leg and the day ends with the joking and the fun.

The D-Day finally arrives and the mandap is set up for the grand wedding. The two beautiful souls are about to become one forever, officialy and legally.The mantras are announced and the handsome Kunwar Pratap Singh enters an then enters the gorgeous Maharani Ajabdeh Punwar. Pratap, even after sitting in the mandap does not stop pulling Ajabdeh's leg. After a lot of wait for the couple , Hansa Bai ties the knot and they are ready to take the pheras'. Both of them feel the adrenaline rush mixed with the butterflies working up in their bodies. Pratap officialy fills Ajabdeh's maang' with sindoor'. The couple takes the pheras'. The seven vows from Ajabdeh's side were- first, if he were going on any pilgrimage or doing any pooja , he would take her with him. Second, if he does any sort of dharmadaan' anywhere, he will do it with her. Third, he will do all the Yagyas'of all sorts, with her. Fourth ,all the expenses of all household matters will lie within her hands. Fifth, the money he will earn , outside the country or by trade will be given in her hands. Sixth, he will protect her and make her look even more beautiful by giving her ornaments and clothes. The seventh and the final one ,he will only love her and not even look at another girl.Pratap accepts all of them happily.Pratap then asks her for his vows - First , if he goes out of their territory , she will not do shringar', not joke around with any other male and not leave the house. Second,she will not go in or even pass by the places where alcohol is sold and where people go to give away their bodies.Third, without his permission, she will not go to her parents home. She too readily accepts all the vows. The priest announces "Aaj se aap Pati-Patni hue.Vivaah sampan hua."The wedding is done and their undying love has won.
