Please Help!

I have a friend whose Friend is going through a critical stage. His name is Salman Ahmed (a 27yr old Pakistani Student), and he has been diagnosed a drug induced hepatitis and cholestatic jaundice and his condition is worsening everyday. His Reports evaluate him an urgent liver transplant otherwise the boy will not be able to function and the estimate for liver transplant is around $250, 000 USD.
