Choose any one celebration in South Korea out of birthdays, weddings and new year celebrations. Is there any celebration in which there is some symbolic meaning or some specific reason behind the foods served? I want to know about reasons or symbolism behind as many dishes used in South Korean ceremonies as possible.
If there are web sites where I can get more detail, let me know. Thanks.
