I think Keerti and Amma will spot the fake doctor and tell Raghav about it. That is why Raghav was hitting the fake doctor. And then when Esha tries to seduce Raghav, she will be thrown out.

Looks like by next tuesday we will get Raghav - Pallavi understanding that the whole thing was Esha's setup. Chalo Hopefully we will have Esha out at least by episode 243 so that we can get last 3 episodes solely on Raghav - Pallavi.

The mysterious man could be Sulochana with a beard again. Sulochana will try to seduce Rajani away from Milind, I guess.

Sumit is being redeemed so that his ex-wife will settle for him and leave Raghav alone. ("Baby, I know Raghav strangles you better, but pāsa to maiṃ hūṃ nā?) Without her around to tempt Raghav, his lack of self-control won't be an issue, so Pallavi can take back the leftovers. A happy ending for all!
