@bold, you are spot on here. This is the main problem. You can thank KJo for the pyar ek hi baar hota hai nonsense. People are unable to accept alternate options, even though it's quite common in real life for people to move on and find happiness again.

I will refer toPunar Vivah again. The FL was divorced, her husband whom she was madly in love with had left her pregnant. She remarried and fell in love with her second husband eventually but that didn't mean that her emotions for her first husband weren't genuine. He came back into their lives later on and her connection to him was because of how he'd hurt her in the past, but she never thought of going back to him. Her love for her second husband didn't change one bit.

Now that I think about it, that show was ahead of its times and the audience response was so much more mature. They didn't bash the FL or question her character, because they understood her. Of course, the storytelling was on a whole other level too.

And I agree with you, even if Raghav didn't fall in love with Pallavi he would never cheat on her. That's not the kind of man he is. The Anjali track made that explicitly clear.

I feel that pallavi should let him handle his business as he is doing business as per her wish. Need not go to Dasari for recommendation... Bacha hai kya?? If he forgives Isha that easily then what's the difference between him and Pallavi?

The timelines of him meeting KR and then meeting Esha aren't clear to me anymore. I always thought he must have met KR when he was around 17 or so, and then Jaya left him so he had to go fend for himself. Then he must have met Esha a couple of years later in college and was heartbroken when she too left him. If that's the sequence of events then him referring to the worst day could either mean it was the worst in terms of his relationship with her or it could mean it broke him because he lost his second chance in life after trying to recover from the deaths in his family, i.e. the compound effect was the 'straw that broke the camels back'. I am now wondering if the loneliness he used to tell Farhad about actually began after Esha left him, and maybe his behavior from then on alienated his mother and sister. That's what I inferred from Keerti's words.

It's hard to imagine the deaths in his family not being his worst day.

Unless of course, the writers have made a mess. I doubt that, though, because the writing for RR is pretty consistent.

Okay just to give myself a little peace of mind.

Soulmates are not specifically to be your spouses or someone you love. They can be your siblings, friends, parents or anyone around you that you share a bond with.

Also a person who strongly resembles another in attitudes or beliefs ideological are soul mates.

Since Raghav and Esha both value money in their lives. They are soulmates.

Hence proved.

Oof looks like the Mandaar track days are back.

So are we going to get more "Molestation" theories on Raghav this time since during Mandaar track we had theories and write ups based on Pallavi getting physically and emotionally molested in order to understand some lesson, i dont even remember the concept of.

If we're getting those again for Raghav this time, looks like i better stay away from the IF for the sanity of my mind and cleanliness of my carpets, just so i dont puke all over it again after the traumatic readings.

I think the writers just wanted to show raw emotions RR felt on that day but forgot what they wrote as back story for RR and the ignition it did on his life...

I think during pool confession he said that they came from village after father and brothers death.. and he started working. May be he was with his mother and sister until his college and break and they might have knowing what he is up to but they might gave him a cold treatment and when he was able to get a mansion, they refused to be with him because they thought he did all illegal means just how he did during Krishna Rao track in past. But this doesn't justify the amount of hatred that Jaya has shown when she was hospitalized in the initial episodes... For the Raos knowing about Isha and RR, means they were under one roof that means even though they were not on talking terms they were atleast together physically... Then why that much hatred in initial episodes???
