From whatever I have heard due to low TRP channel interfered but in that process the show lost it's loyal audience too.

KHKT was in a prime time slot of 9 'o' clock and it fetched over 1.8-2.0 TRP. In a rare ocassion of excessive drama, the bride being kidnapped by the stalker and surrounding drama fetched over 2.1 ratings. After that the above TRPs were constant. Sitara was greedy for more TRPs and decided to axe the show.

They wanted tracks like ML calling the FL characterless, divorce, mud slinging, and the FL bearing difficulties. In this process the show lost audiences because it was one of the logical, realistic shows until channel interference. They had ended the show abruptly and I suppose they got a notice period of about 2 weeks. Even though Don't axe KHKT trended in twitter, the decision was not changed. It was a mix of channel interference and it was difficult to cope with the TRP audience. But it was the slot leader for quite a while. The problem was, it had some logic as opposed to shows running then. So it got axed. They decided to air Anupama since the storyline was exactly the cliche that would invite TRP janta. SS was very disappointed.

Sai does speak good Telugu and he has good command over the language. I am glad that he speaks some authentic sentences in between or else earlier if they have to show South Indian family in TV the only dialogues they used to have were Ayyo Amma. So really happy to see Sai able to show the Telugu side for the ML.

Yes I love his Telegu, it has a good accent as well as sounds quite polished. It adds an authentic touch to his character and may be that's why the makers chose a native speaker for both Raghav and Pallavi.

I wish they do celebrate some telegu festivals so we get an insight into the culture as well. But even if we don't, I ain't complaining coz this topic doesn't hit home (may be for others it may be a bigger issue and quite understandable)
