It's not going to happen till they separate and reunite. This is classic ITV formula to hold on to the audience for long and no other logic.

If it's normal saas bahu drama, then it will never happen only. But this is more youth oriented and according to current trends, so hoping the makers are young enough to present such scenes. Our show is fast paced, and a little "hatke" so still keeping my fingers cross.

I'm not familiar with this consummation scene concept on Hindi shows. On the Marathi daily dramas that I've seen, there's usually nothing. For example, the couple says goodnight to the bride's karavalī or pāṭharākhīṇa (her younger sister who is visiting her new home), and then the bride enters the kitchen early the next morning. Intimacy or lack thereof is left to our imagination.

Lately, I've seen on a few shows that the lucky couples find their room full of alarm clocks, with pāpaḍa under the mattress and flatulence cushions on every chair, even stink bombs. Apparently, the creative teams think that this show of interest from the couple's friends is fashionable and highly entertaining. Is this what we'll have to endure if Raghav and Pallavi announce their first night to Kirti?

On Jiv Jhala Yeda Pisa, the couple left their trap-filled bedroom and somehow had a tent already set up at a distance, where the bride rolled over on top of the groom and the scene ended. In a later episode, they got into bed and pulled up the covers, and that led to pregnancy. I thought both scenes were gratuitous and rather vulgar.

Hindi shows are not subtle like Marathi shows . They will show some kind of scenes indicating that a couple have consummated. It will mostly happen only the first time to tell the audience that the couple is physically intimate going forward. These scenes are usually not very detailed or explicit. It will be blurred specially at prime or earlier slot.

In Mhrw, all their intimate scenes to date have been shot aesthetically. I dont think we need to worry that it will look vulgar. Also, hugs and kisses are normal in Hindi shows so the audience is not surprised but rather expects this in a romance genre show.

It’s absolutely not the time slot issue because in this time slot (6:30) romantic scenes and SR scenes ( more than once ) are shown before as well on star plus ! Sikku knows Raghvi chemistry and leads are trp of the show and somehow there is a feeling ki after consummation scene couple chemistry comes down (I don’t think so) because there are so many ways where one can show chemistry between leads other than romance but sadly itv believes that ways Fandom ko tease karne ka chance sikku thodi nah chodega !! 🤣 And a lot depends on the channel also .. when channel wants consummation hoga 🤣

Issi liye yeh Sab ho raha hai ..

I hope so too. I really wish we get some smoldering looks from RR which leads to romance on bed and then the scene blurs indicating that the deed has been done

Yes what you said is right ...but even in jeev jala yada pisa they had plenty of cozy scenes, kissing scenes, close hug scenes ,even shower scenes, quite bold ones according to tv platform and that too without blurring and ashok did a great job there.
