First, the actor does a decent job at portraying a confused character....like you can actually feel for the guy that he is lost and searching to make sense of his life...

Second, I just hope he isn't just a third wheel in the Raghav-Pallavi relationship but actually a medium to get Deshmukh family on track. I as a viewer want that family to develop some sense, some cheerfulness, some security, some celebration after non stop drama since day one. I hope Mandar actually brings respite for Sharda, Vijay, Kaka and everyone else. Not that I pray for their happiness, but it will be sukoon to watch them as a normal household family after episodes after episode of character butchering, financial frustration, conflicted relationships... It's a mess to say the least. And I hope Mandar clears that mess and I as an audience can feel that relief...

Third, Don't know how long are they gonna play Mandar's hit and miss with Pallavi, and don't know which direction they will take him, I am genuinely curious, but I hope they don't overdo the suspense or whatever... Talking about cliches, that shoulder touching and then Pallavi finding someone else was so damn cliche.. It was looking like just another ITV track, and I hope it's not a usual track thing like what they did with Sunny- Keerthi track...inke track ke chakkar mein characters get compromised... Inka fir track alag chalta hai aur beech mein random romance daal dete hain... 🤣

If you have noticed, in this sunny keerthi track, the only window to judge their relationship was just their couple/romantic scenes intended for that purpose, otherwise the rest of the scenes don't make sense wrt their position in their relationship... It's like two different worlds for me.. I hope that's not the case with Mandar too... Ki miyan biwi udhar kuchh aur, romantic scenes mein kuchh aur..

Anyways Mandu koi serious genuine mazedaar masala leke aayega, ye toh kam ummeed hai, par agar he brings some normalcy and sanity in deshmukh household in the end, I will be able to actually watch their scenes and not fast forward through them..

Bahut zyada soch li tumne!! Aj ka uski behavior aur uske dost k bat jab usne kaha ki woh har Pallavi nam k ladki k peeche lipat jata hai!! Mujhe to lagta hai yeh Mahesh 2.0 hai from KHKT. Obsessive stalker type. Kuch to locha hai is character ki.

Mereko ek hi interesting cheez dikh rahi hai series mein, isliye soch liyaa... 🤣

Pata nahin pehle din toh shareef type hi laga tha... I thought of that dialogue as his mad search for his own identity, rather than just Pallavi... Jab usko Pallavi ka idea hi nahin hai how was his relationship with her, how can he be obsessive... He is obsessive about his identity search.. Not Pallavi I felt.. I could be wrong though.. Let's see.. And if he is like what you have described, toh phir bhaiya sab cliche after cliche ho jayega... As if the return of the ex wasn't enough...

Usko apna nam aur Pallavi ka nam pata hai!! Le kin Pallavi ka face yad nahi!! Woh jan na chahta hai ki Pallavi kaun hai? Aur yeh kaisa Amnesia hai bhai jaha usko sirf Pallavi k nam yad aur ma bap bhai kisi ko yad nahi!! Kuch to locha hai!! Also who took him away from hospital and how does Ved knows him? Kuch to locha hai!!

He's there obv to create a rift b/w the leads initially, until both dumb dumbs tell the world to eff off! And that they aren't budging from their marriages for anyone's sake.

100% agreed with you. Esp on bringing some harmony in D family part.Par I'd keep my expectations low. ITV hai, kuchh bhi ho sakta hai. And after they made Kirti negative,my expectations hit rock bottom.

Gosh, this is such wishful thinking... 😒

I also hope that Mandaar's entry is more focused on his role as a son and not as Pallavi's ex-husband. He barely even met Pallavi for her to have an impact on him and for all intents and purposes, he ran out right after his wedding, so it makes no sense for him to remember her but not anyone from his family who would've had a greater impact on his life.

Anyway, it would be refreshing to see him rekindling relationships with his family members and becoming the pillar of strength and support that they need instead of chasing after Raghav Rao's wife.

I know. Samjh nahin aaya the need of making Keerti negative....The audience is not really buying her character butchering, and not really intrigued by her either...toh kya mila usse? 🤔

TRPs toh waise bhi low hai, villains ki fauj se aur bhi kam ho jayegi....🤣

You can't expect people to watch straight 10 minutes with a frown, and not change the channel..

Let's hope Mandar's character is actually like that of normal guy who has been separated from his family or the guy who ran away from his family, and not just a third angle...I will take that over any SunKi/Sulo/VD scenes or a negative ex.... Show needs some positivity and subtlety desparately...

@italic: who knows... dekhte hain.. If they do that, deshmukh family's journey can complete a full circle..

@bold: So refreshing if he reunites with them in a very normal way and puts a stop to their financial and relationship struggles... Also audience will actually cheer for that over the OTTness the third angle can bring if characters like Sharda and VD get involved with their age old thinking and dialogues...
