I think Ved knows

I think Ved knows it was Keerthi who caused the accident. He was blackmailing Raghav using Keerthi. Never at one point he indicated that Raghav caused the accident. As per his communucation with Raghav till date, its only clear that Raghav is involved in the accident. But how involved its not indicated.

Am i overthinking?

What you said is true

He’s blackmailing Raghav with the fact that he can’t reveal the truth

it could be because Ved thinks Raghav did it

Or because Ved knows Raghav will do anything to protect his family

Veds goal is to send Raghav to jail, just like how he was in Jail. This time around he isnt in the mood to kill Raghav, but break him.
