Let's assume that Mandar was handling some assignments for Sanki sasur from day 1 and Deshmukh Saree Emporium is a just cover for their two number dhanda.

Ved is also involved even though he was in Jail. Since sasurji is so evil, when his khabri informs him that some goons are after him, Sanki sends M on Mission impossible. During a car chase, our drunk Raghav Rao's SUV hits Mandar vehicle. He escapes and someone from his team dies. Mandar hatches a plan and fakes his own death.

Raghav as usual does not know head nor tail and tries to hush up the matter in "I am Raghav Rao" Style. He is supposed to be very intelligent. Unfortunately, Ved comes to know about the mishap now and blackmails Raghav. In the meantime Mandar also thinks it's the right time to be in the limelight.

Baki Siku soch sakta hai.

Otherwise, like the original, Sulo can bring a fake Mandar in Ekta Kapoor Style.
