Had a few more thoughts on the episode from yesterday/today... i mean.. 🤔 Hotstar time? 🤣
Analyzing a little bit more of the Rahgav internal turmoil.
Raghav was MAJORLY Projecting his own actions onto Pallavi.
He started off rationalizing that Pallavi couldnt have possibly done anything this low. His rational non biased side was clear.
Then, his own actins took over. Everything pallavi said that angered raghav were his own sentiments of himself through pallavi's mouth, right? So Pallavi said, that she had to stoop to Raghav's level.. Raghav ruined her sisters lives so how can he expect Pallavi to remain silent. All of this is Raghav telling himself that all of his own actions have been so low, that how can he expect pallavi to NOT stoop down to his level?
I think this gave such a strong insight into Raghav's psyche and its definitely an underestimated scene. Raghav clearly reasons and recognizes where he faults and that his actions are frankly, pretty shitty. I think that level of insight is good to know because Raghav's outward behavior is clearly calculated and at times we think he acts impulsively.. but I question how impulsive it truly is. I think he def realizes he screws up but theres EGO there that doesnt let him apologize or regret anything he does.. and if it does regret its on a subconscious level.
I lile this side of him, and dont necessarily want raghav to change, its just interesting to note.
I also found it rather funny that Raghav can stoop to any level he wants for his family.. and its fine to expect Pallavi to as well, but why is it completely unacceptable? He can get super defensive and protective about his mom and sister, but its FULL revenge if someone else tries to do that for their own family. (Im not speaking against raghav just pointing out his own faltering to get to know his characterization a little better).
Rahgav expecting Pallavi to seek revenge from his family... I wonder how much of that was his own brain telling him THAT IS WHAT I WOULD DO... so how can she not?
Anyway just some two cents on the inner workings of raghav rao. I love his character so much its sooooo layered and its fun to pick at it.
