"Tumne fasaya mereko" he spat, giving her a scorned look.

"Tumhe jarurat kya the bawandar karne ki?" She scowled, glaring back.

"Mene kisike baba ko andar kia.. kon bola tumko?" He said ready to fight

"Arey yar.. Farhad please... " she shifted her gaze towards him

"Anna, Ba-wan-dar, matlab to create a havoc.." he explained, bringing the grin back to Raghav's face

"And an unnecessary one.. there was no need" she breathed out in a loud voice

"Isko yaad dilao Keerti, iska behen aya tha mere pass.. or ye bola tha mereko Raghav Raghav mereko yaha se nikalo karke.." He mimicked her making keerti roll her lips between her incisors.

"Han bola tha mene, mene situation se bahar nikalne ko bola tha.. ghar se bahar nikalwane ko nahi" she grinded her teeth

"Ab.. us time mereko jo smjh aya. kia..mai.." He said in a low voice disappointed in himself.

"Wo Krna acha he chahta hai, bus galat ho jata hai" Amma, who was observing the conversation from a distance gave Pallavi a warm smile. (After he saved Keerti from those allegations, Amma has started trusting him, unlike Pallavi lol)

"Wo to theek h Jaya aunty.. par.." She sighed, pressing her palms in between hers, she was missing her aayi

"But thoda weird nahi laga Raghav tumhe.. I mean.." Keerti looked at him with her mouth supressing a laughter

A while ago....

"Pallavi, tumhe tension lene ki jarurat nhi h.. na he esa kuch krne ki.. I have already planned to elope with Mansi, kya pata kal ko fir naya natak ho or shadi cancel" Rahul said in hushed tone

"Par Rahul achanak se? Ese kese?" Pallavi started biting her nails nervously

"Dekh pallu, jitti weird ye shart hai na.. usse jada shocked to mai is baat se hu ki you agreed to it" Mansi huffed, clearly angry.

"I know right. Dekho di, mai to Mansi ko le k bhaagne wala hu.. or bhot Tezz bhagne wala hu.. shadi karke he wapas aunga.. aap b ye sab sort kr lena" Rahul said before throwing their luggage down the window and Mansi winking at her.

A week before, Mansi's MIL had visited them and put forward the condition of Pallavi getting married to one of their relatives only then she will get Rahul married to Mansi. It was a huge shock for Pallavi, and for the rest of the family, except ofcourse the evil mom and daughter who were happy about it. The worse part was that the groom was a chronic alcoholic, many cases or drunk driving and violence registered against him and so initially everyone was against this whole concept but then BWA created a huge scene where she blamed her aayi baba and in the process her baba fainted. Doctor adviced him not to take stress but BWA won't give a f*ck to anything (except her gora rang and blue sindoor) So Pallavi being the ideal DIL (read Bakra) had to sacrifice (halal, yo). So she agreed, but in a day or two Mansi realised how it's not the only thing that's gonna trouble their wedding, this couple was desperately trying to get married, since an year sometimes the hurdle was the lockdown and other times their khandan and they knew this won't stop. One thing will lead to another and their heart couldn't afford another shock. So long story short, on the day of Pallavi's so called Roka they had eloped. And pallvi had hopelessly let them. Oh, yeah, she can defend murder if her loved ones are doing it, but when it comes to her own self.. well.. Pallavi was not much in love with herself. But someone else was, a little, teeny tiny bit, slowly falling for her. Mansi knew Pallavi will remain tongue tied and for the sake of her family's izzat (bhot pakau word h by God) she will get married to that loser. So she did what she thought was best..she called Raghav and informed him everything. Raghav acted a little and dramatically shooted some 'mai kya bodyguard hai uska' type dialogues

"Dekho Raghav Rao, photographer hu, chehra padhna ata hai mjhe, kon fake smile karta hai or kon fake gussa smjh jati hu.. or wese bhi.. mene tumhe ek information di h..uska kya karna hai.. tumhari marji.. kya pata ajse saalo baad tum mjhe iske liye thank you bolo.." she said and hanged up leaving him baffled. These Deshmukhs. He had paced inside his huge bedrooom and thought about things he can do to help her out. Not reaching an exact conclusion, he decided to get more clearity and rushed somewhere.

"Kya hai Raghav?" She picked up his third call and said irritated

"Yar pagal ho kya.. khidki kholo" he said with a deep voice.

"Kya? Pee le h kya?" She scowled

"Khol do Saree ka dukan mai neeche gir jaega nahi to.." he begged her.

Hurriedly she had ran inside her room and opened the window to let him in.

"Raghav ab ye b shuru kr dia tumne?" She looked at him astonished

"Mjhe Mansi ne bheja hai" he tried being rude but couldn't pull it off.

"Ye kya h, koi khidki se ja raha hai, koi khidki se aa raha hai" she scratched her head.

"Tumhe kyu bheja hai..?" She raised her brow

"Tumhara ye Nautanki rokne k liye.." he replied

"Tum ye shadi rokne aye ho?" She said, her eyes twinkling with hope.

"Han agar tum chahta hai to.." he said smirking at her. She rolled her eyes and thought about something.

"Of course I don't want to get married.. mereko bahar nikalo na is sab se Raghav... M tumhari saaaaari baatein manungi" she said Holding her hands in front of him

"Ok then, lets plan " he said proudly

"Let's plan? Tumhare pass koi plan nahi hai?"she Gawked at him, disappointed.

"Arey mai.." he started when suddenly the door opened, the groom's family and her ayi baba standing there, looking at them, shocked. Rambo shooted daggers towards Raghav, it only made Raghav more determined. How he loved to piss him off.

"Ye ladka kon hai?" The groom's mother asked rudely

"Maa, ye to Raghav Rao hai" the groom whispered loudly

"Ye yaha kya kar raha hai Deshmukh jee? Or ye aya kese.. darwaze pe to nahi dikha.." She asked tauntingly

"Khidki se aya mai" he said straightaway making pallavi widen her eyes

"Kya? Ye sab kya chal raha hai Deshmukh jee?"

"Mera strength training, khatro ko khiladi m jana h apun ko, to ye sab krta rehta hai mai..tumko koi problem h to bolo.." he said glaring the man. He gulped and hid behind his mother.

"Kahi ye is ladki ka boyfriend to nahi?" The other woman taunted

"Tum to FBI nikala..tumko kese pata chala..?" He said smiling at them

"Or baby, tumne ye kya pehen rakha hai.. kahi kisi or se shadi karne ka irada to nahi?" He winked at Pallavi acting in front of everyone. Pallavi was taken aback, too much was happening and she was still processing it.

"Mai yahi keh raha tha isse.. ki esa soche bhi na.. warna mera gun ka use Krna padega mereko.." Raghav said laughing

"G...gun?" The man stuttered

"Han, jo Pallu baby ko hath lagaega wo jaan se jaega.." he said holding her hand in his.

What happened after this is not something I should waste my words on.. the groom's family ran away and the same old same old precap of her baba throwing Pallavi out. I'm least interested in describing Rambo's monologue so we will move forward to where we started. Pallavi came back to his house, his mom and sister were present in the ceremony so they came along, for Pallavi's safety, they said but Amma secretly wanted to take this mauka and spend time with her boy, we know.

Now..

"Raghav.. man karta hai jaan se mar du tumhe" she Said gritting her teeth

"Ab m kabhi waha wapas nhi ja paungi.. aayi baba kitte dukhi honge.." she sadly mumbled

"Tum idhar reh sakta hai.." he assured her

"Par kab tak Raghav?" She sighed

"Jab tk tumhara..." He began but Amma cut him

"Hmesha k liye.." She smiled

"Esa thodi hota hai aunty.." she twitched her lips

"Ho to sakta hai. Or agar esa hua to ho skta h aapke baba ka gussa b Kam Ho jae.." keerti flashed her teeth

"Mere yaha rehne se gussa kam? Kya baat kr rhi h" she scoffed

"Arey Pallavi, tum or Raghav Shadi krlo" she said making her jump. Raghav dropped his glass and looked at her with opened mouth.

"Anna" Farhad slightly patted on his shoulder, he looked his way "muh band krlo, macchar bhot h" he giggled earning a glare from him

"Han, fir tum hmesha yaha rahogi or fir mene suna hai..infact mene movies mai dekha h ki jab baby ho jata hai na to gharwale maan jaate hai"keerti said seriously, hiding every bit of Humour. Pallavi had sudden bout of prolonged contraction, her jaw dropping to the groud.

"Kya? Baby?" Raghav said genuinely not getting it

"Kiska bacha?" He asked, stressed

"Anna wo apke or Pallavi k bache ki baat kr rahi h" Farhad said

"Pallavi? Mera or tumhara bacha bhi hai?" He asked, turning towards her

"Farhaaaad... Please..." They said in union looking at his best friend.

This was so hilarious and filled with humour. Raghav's replies to groom's family🤣

Confused Raghav when Kirti said about bacha and Pallavi about Bawandar was really creative.

2nd last line was epic-it had me laughing out too loud
