Episode No 220 Tuesday 12/4/08

Angu faints (thank God, not dead) Sara brings an auto and she is rushed to the hospital. Doctor says that she has suffered a mild heart attack and needs to be investigated more. Amutha and Sara are very scared. Angu wants to see Kannu and Amutha says that they have to inform Danda as well. Sara says that Angu may not like to have Danda around but Amutha says that as Angu's hubby Danda needs to be notified. Sara runs to inform ( what about your mobile? and what about the telephone in the hospital??? Don't you think u must be around to help your mom?? Athu sari, logical actions ellam seythutta apram Tamil serials oda lakshnam maaridaatha??? so, do not do any such thing and give heart attacks to viewers!!!😳😳) Sara runs.

Danda's house - father and daughter are discussing financial matters.
Policy decision is made. Both marvel at the business acumen of their would be sambhandhi and decide to take his advice in all future investments. The phone rings ( well Sara did hear Roja😳) it is Sara
informing the clan about Angu's admission in to the hospital. The clan
frets, makes their usual huallagulla .....and deem it fit to adjourn to the hospital.... ( ange poi enna satham pottu oorai kootti galatta pannumO??? ) Kannu is leaving for the office - looks very depressed.
Tilaga asks for the reason and Kannu tells her that Angu is sick.
Paatti, thatha and Tilaga tch tch tch s for a while and all set for a eulogy ( hey people, she is very much alive,,,,, just hold on ..Danda
clan has just reached the hospital..they will sure make the situation
worse..😳) Kannu wants them all to visit Angu but athai is logic and sensibility personified - " sari, namba poi pakkarom ne vaichukko, ange Danda, Bhoo and Tams will be there...will they keep quiet??? wont they shout more and hospital le nambalai thuvaichu kaaya pottuta maatangala?" Kannu says that Angu is a very nice person and fought with her hubby and son for Kannu's sake. Athai again has a very valid argument - " if her hubby and son are in the wrong, she must stay with them and correct them. Athai vittutu, engiyo poi ukkarnthurukka..enna pombalai di ava?' Thatha , Tilaga and paatti agree with athai - " our visit will only make things worse, so what athai says is right" Athai is happy to know that at last the clan is able to understand worldly logic.

As Kannu leaves, Sakthi enters Tilaga's house. Athai grunts and
leaves the arena. Sakthi exchanges a few nice words with Kannu
( must be feeling guilty... she led Kannu in to that trap..now a pathetic Kannu going to work!!) Sakthi wants Sezhi to come along to the court. Sezhi has to attend Kavi's B'day party but can not disclose that to any one( again mara mandai Roja is at a loss!!! why can't he speak the truth??? athai will only be too happy and would have allocated funds for the gift??? and if he does not lodge any ulterior motives, why should he hide some thing this simple???) He asks Sakthi to go to the court and
promises to join her by 11am. he runs out and Sakthi tries to leave. Tilaga wants to know the destination and is told about the court hearing. All try to stop her but she is all set to see Bhoo "one hand"!!! Hospital - Amutha is worried about Danda and his puthra santhanangal - "ayyo , antha Tamarai vay irukke..."Well Danda arrives with his entourage..... Tams has rehearsed her lines in the car..... Danda just opens the ICU door as if it his bathroom door!!! Tams starts her tirade 'ayyo ayyo , odambu poora yetho wire wire aa irukke....amma amma" Doctor can not stand that voice ( she acts well... her own voice?? or dubbing?? rusted thagara dabba le nail vaichu izhutha oru kara kara noise varume, athu pole oru voice!!!) orders them to go out and shut up - in the same order. Tams is not able to hold the doctor's collar and
so shakes Sara - " enga veet le meen and muttai sappittu nalla
irunthichi enga amma, unga veettu kku kootti vanthu ipdi padukka
pottuttingale da" Nandhu tries to intervene to say that heart attacks
can happen anywhere but Tams silences him. Danda joins Tams and says that Sara and Amutha must have advised Angu and sent her back. Bhoo shows that he is VPK Bomman in front of flies and mosquitoes like Sara -pushes Sara out and vows to kill both chithi and her son if they continue standing in front of him.......bingo......Kannu enters...
( loose aa di nee??? moolai nnu onnu kidaiyave kidaiyaatha?? ellarum veet le athanai sonnangale, yaar sonnalum puriyaatha unakku??) Amutha sees Kannu's entry ...she and Sara are speechless..... Kannu walks towards the ICU...Bhoo sees her and invites his clan to have a good look at the visitor.....

Episode 221 Wednesday 16/4/08

Kannu walks in (alli thandu kaal eduthu adi mel adi eduthu - BG by Roja) Bhoo has venom in his eyes, Tams has her eyes almost out of their sockets..Kannu walks towards the kaattumirandi clan. Tams now shifts her attention to ex(??!!) DIl and says that Danda family's downfall is all due to Kannu's entry - "she has come to see if amma is still alive!! Bhoo take charge" Bhoo advances as if he was waiting for this marching order from sis - "yey, mariyadhaiya inge irunthu poidu illaata I will send u home as a cadaver, got it?" But as we all know Kannu has decided to continue being dumb ( athai sonna vaarthai ennathu?? Kannu kaathil vizhalai eppadi?? - BG by Roja) Kannu says -" athai yai pakkame poga maatten, she loves me more than she loves her kids" - Tams has forgotten to send her eyes back to their sockets, Nandhu runs behind her with his hands in front of her face - "if the eye balls fall down , I can lay my hands on them and send them back to where they belong"Bhoo pushes Kannu out and she falls down. Finally, one doctor comes out and orders the clan out. The nurse jalras and tries a futile attempt of shutting Tams' mouth ( awww nursuu, antha vai evvalavu famous nnu unakku theriyaathu - kathavai sathadi kaiyil kaasillathavan kadavul aanalum kathavai sathadi - BG by Roja) Kannu along with Amutha and Sara is asked to leave by Nandhu who promises to keep them posted. Amutha wants to take Kannu home but the mannu Kannu refuses to move with out seeing athai!!!

Lakshmi and dhadi have a talk with Janaki's dad - wedding preps are on. Angu opens her eyes and asks the doctor to send Kannu in. The nurse goes out asking for Kannu but Tams barges in with her clan - the
clan engages in their usual loud mouth lamenting but Angu requests the doctor to "kazhuthai pidichi veliye thallufy" them. Danda establishes
"3 mudichi bhandham" Tams and Bhoo claim "my mommy" but doctor says that he has no care for their family feuds -' her BP goes up seeing u all and so scoot". Tams goes out, holds Kannu by the neck and doles out a curse "amma vai enga kitte irunthu pirichittiye, nee nallave irukka maatte" - Bhoo drags his father out saying that Angu wants only Kannu and so why devudu kathufy here?? The noisy lot leave the hospital and Kannu runs in. The doctor says that Angu needs a surgery. Angu tells Kannu that she is scared -"hope I won't die with
out paying back your debt" Kannu consoles Angu and is told by the doctor that around 2 lacs is needed for the surgery. Sara and Amutha
open their mouths hearing the ball park but Kannu is unfazed. She tells them to take care of athai - "I will be back with the money".

Danda household - the clan is fuming about the way they were treated in the hospital. Tams talks about voodoo, black magic, witch craft etc.,
"ellarum purushanukku thaan marundhu vaippanga, inge konjam change, athaan maamiyarukku vaichitta" Pechi has lost his tongue (his debt collection tactics, acumen ellam poye pochh) Nandhu speaks out
- "athai kku namba mele thaan paasam athigam. Neenga ellam Kannu
kku panra aniyayam thaan avangaluku pidikkalai. Just decide to call
off this second marriage stuff, she will get fine and will come back to us" Padmini finds this to be a very sensible suggestion and appeals to the clan endorsing the view. Bhoo in his usual moronic style chides his anni for siding Kannu.....bingo.... guess who is coming to dinner???....
Kannu enters........ the clan can not understand the logic "WHAATTTT?" written large on their faces..... well Roja appreciates

Recap of Nandhu trying to put some sense in to the moronic
heads of Danda and Bhoo - Padmini endorsing her bro's view
and Bhoo pouncing on his SIL - "amma thaan Kannu kku jalra
nna neengalumaa?? enna Kannu fan club nadakkutha intha
veetle??" Bingo... walks in our mara mandai loosumani aka
Kannu - Tams gets up with such agility that P.T.Usha can learn
a few tricks in terms of kicking the starter block😳 - " yen veetu pakkam vara koodathunnu ethanai tharam solla?? food le salt
thaane adding?? or some thing else??" Kannu does a "neenga
summa irunga" and appeals to maama??!!! - "athai needs a bye
pass surgery, give me back all my gold given by my dad, I (??!!!)
am going to do the surgery for athai"( how dumb can one be???
she tries to project herself as some kind of Bhuddha but ends up making us think that she is a cunning, scheming feline creature!!) Danda is furious -" aha ha, u are not as simple as I imagined u to
be. You want to announce to the world that Danda can not spend
money and get his wife treated??? and pray, where do I go for all
your jewellery?? your sis made sure to call the IT people and
they have taken the whole thing to their custody!!! You keep
off this, I know how to save my wife" - (Roja endorses this
folks, the way Loosumani talked can ignite an iceberg - volcano
gumbal pathi kekkanumaa?) Loosumani is thrown out unceremoniously. Danda asks Bhoo and Nandhu to go the
hospital -" talk to the doctor and make sure to remit the
money - I dont care about my lacs, want my wife to get
well." Bhoo and Nandhu leave.

Court - Sakthi is waiting for Sezhi - he is delayed - finally
arrives and Sakthi chides him for delaying - " I will stand
by you, will help u annikki vasanam pesine, ippo ipdi late
panre?" Their advocate comes with the police inspector
who arrested Bhoo , informs Sakthi that their case hearing
has been postponed to the next day and insists that if
Sakthi wants Bhoo punished she must be present the next
day - "inspector is suspicious that u might not press
charges...neenga relatives illiya, athaan" - But Sakthi
assures him that the situation is different now and she is
bent upon making Bhoo "count kambis" - The whole talk
is heard by Bhoo's advocate who promptly decides to call
moron. In the meanwhile, Nandhu and Bhoo arrive at the
hospital. Sara and Amutha are sitting - Bhoo goes to them
and confronts - "enna loosumani yai kombu seevi anuppi
ningala? enga amma kku treatment thara iva yaaru??
avaloda gold aame, vanthu kekkara??" Sara and Amutha
have no clue....and yess bingo... walks in loosu. Bhoo doles
out some dharma adis ( Roja hates such scenes but this
time had a secret wish - will this at least wake our loosumani
from the la la land living?? will she open her eyes and see
the world around???) Just then the advocate calls Bhoo,
tells him the situation and finishes with a punch -" make
sure that Sakthi does not come to the court, relative thaane,
pesi sari pannu, ok?' Bhoo promises -"ava court pakkam
vara koodathu athaane?? ok" ( yeah sure, he is adept at
breaking a few legs which walk ... Sakthi will probably be
moving like a snail soon) Doles out some more darma adis
for loosu.. Angu is being wheeled around for a breath of
fresh air.... sees darling DIL getting beaten by sonny boy.... intervenes... slaps Bhoo with all her might. Bhoo can not
fathom mommy's outburst - " I am your son and I came
here to remit the money for your surgery" Angu says that
she does not want to continue breathing at the mercy of
kaatumirandi clan - "dr, pls do not take money from them,
let me go home" Doctor manages to shoo shoo moron,
tells Angu that she does need the surgery..pretty soon....
agrees to discharge... asks her to stay cool. Loosumani
assures the dr about the surgery" pannidalaam doc, I
can play cardiac surgeon...u can assist me, say what??"
Hospital corridor gets back to what it should be...

Sakthi and Sezhi - Sezhi drops her and she asks him to
come in. Sezhi refuses as he gets visions of old issues
but Dowa's father comes out and invites -" u are Diwa's
macchan and this house should give u the due respect"
Finally Sezhi comes in, Durga extends a warm welcome,
smiles.. asks Sakthi to bring sweets and coffee..Sakthi is
all smiles seeing MIL cootchi cooing to thambi.... Sezhi
takes the sweet to eat...Durga asks " enge poninga rendu
perum?" Sezhi says that they went to the court but the case
is adjourned for the next day. Durga wants to know if Tilaga
knows about the court visit - Sezhi says that amma knows
and she was not in favor of this in the beginning - "antha
Bhoo enga ellaraiyum epdi demean panninaan?? avanukku
punishment vaangi kudukka vendamaa??' Durga realizes
that Sezhi has the same mind set as Sakthi.... (Pushpa
enge kaanum??? pakkathu veet le MIL and DIl kku
sandaiyaa?? time pass panna ange poittalaa???)

Recap of Sezhi talking with Sakthi's PILs - Dowa's dad advises
Sezhi about Bhoo - court case et al - " agreed that Bhoo did a
lot of mistakes and harassed your family but if u act like how
he did, then there is no difference" Sezhi rightly points out that
it is easy to advise and only those who underwent the agony can
understand how it feels. Diwa's father makes a mistake - " we
have also suffered. suffered because of Bhoo, why we suffered
even because of your dad..did we resort to such kind of tactics??"
Sezhi gets agitated and rattles -" I thought that u had forgotten
the past and came in when u invited. But, u sugar coat your talk
and remind the past. Yes, we are an angry lot and we are open in
our emotions, let me go" Diwa's dad says that they are worried
about a pregnant Sakthi running around and Sezhi is quick to
own Sakthi as his sister - " I am also interested inher well being"
Leaves and when Sakthi runs behind him , Sezhi tells her that he
thought that her inlaws had forgotten the past but they asked him in
only to confront him. Once he leaves, Sakthi expresses her anger -
in the usual Sakthi way - " I was so happy that my bro had such
a cordial welcome but u people have no respect/love for any one
in my family" FIL talks about Durga giving the house docs when
Kalai ran away and this infuriates Sakthi more - Blasts PILs and
Durga vows to send them for thani kudithanam -"Diwa varattum,
intha sandai kaari kooda we need not live " - general hot house!!!

Loosumani with Angu - wants Angu to go back to the kaatumirandi
clan - "maama will take car eof your health. Why do u support me??
I came in to your life very recently but they have been with u
always" Angu does some emotional dialogue, loosu relents uh huh
Finally Amutha requests loosu not to spill the beans to her
family -" that might end up creating more problem and the rift will
widen" Loosu promises to shut her mouth and Angu praises
loosu's qualities - "intha porumai thaan Bhoo vai thiruthum, u will be
rewarded for your patience " ( I can never understand this logic -
they bring up a son to be a moron with all possible undesirable
qualities, do not lift a little finger in setting things right, do not
make any effort in terms of upbringing but when he gets married
one new girl is supposed to set right every thing in a jiffy and
make him the "son of the century"????? This is the worst form of
injustice done to women - moot point eh??)

Angu - medicines - wonders how so much money - Sara fumbles -
agrees that Pechi brought - Angu removes her chain,asks Sara
to return the money to Danda (antha chain kooda Danda kuduthathaa?? illai amma veet le pottangalaa?? Roja Oor vambu
unakku ethukku??? pesame update pannittu odi poidu) Megs and
thatha going around the completed houses - almost over, only
electrical work pending - both are happy to see the progress. An
auto comes and a lady arrives with a grown up son - son looks
like he is mentally challenged - the lady asks for money from
another lady who is working at the construction site. The other
lady, Malliga, asks money from Megs -"antha amma voda son
kku sitha brahmai mma, pls deduct from my salary, money kudunga"
Thatha gives money , the lady thanks and takes her son away -
in the auto, the guy takes his wallet and gives a Roja brand asaatu sirippu at a snap - none other than Viji - yesss...Bhoo atlast gets what he deserves...

Episode No 224 Monday 21/4/08

Recap of the lady collecting money from Malliga and leaving in
the auto. Megs is curious about the " expense for 1000rs"and asks
Malliga whether the lady in the auto is a relative. Malliga says that
she is a neighbor who was well off. Goes on to say that the mentally
deranged son was in love with a girl and on her advice started some
business pledging all his property. But the business failed and he
lost all his money. The girl deserted him and so, this boy has gone
slightly mad. Megs probes about the girl and Malliga says that the
girl left this boy once he lost all his money - "ippo she is going
around with some one else, I beleive, kalyanam nnu pesikkaranga"
Megs and thatha are stunned - Megs makes sure to voice out
her surprise :ipdi yellam girls irukkangalaa?" In the auto, the mad
man is admiring the beautiful face of Viji and promises to make more money by going to the US - " I know u will come back to me if
I make money" _ the mother wants to throw the photo away but he
threatens his mom saying that he will jump off the auto if Viji is
thrown out. Mom cries..

Danda and Tams arrive to see Angu. Tams is on the defensive -
as usual. " amma , pesame veetukku vaa. Antha Kalaiarasan
kudumbam unakku soonyam vaichittanga. Chithi, na kooda
unnai ennavonnu ninaichen, nee periya aalu, enga amma vai
samarthiyama pidichi vaichurukke" Amutha tries to defend but
with Tams around no one gets a chance to talk. As Tams pounces
on Amutha Angu asks her to shut up -" ava veetuku vanthu avalai
nee mattamaa pesare, kettu kittu summa irukkanuma??" Danda
silences Tams and starts talking to Angu - "we have been married
so long and have had a few fights. You never once left home. But
now, after all these years, why do u behave like this? pesame
veetukku vaa, I will get you proper medical attention." Angu is
all ears , listens patiently and puts forth her arguments -" yes, we
have had fights but this time, i am fighting for our DIL - it is not
right to spoil a girl's life. the new bride u have chosen for Bhoo is
after money. Please do not spoil Bhoo's life. I will come back
with you if u promise to bring Kannu back as Bhoo's wife." Tams
again tries to attack loosumani. But Danda again stops her and
says that Kannu is not a nice girl - " I always treated her well but
she tries to demean me. She comes home and tells me that she will
fund your surgery. Her family is giving us more trouble every day.
And u side her like this??? Don't u care for me, your hubby??"
Heated words gets exchanged from both sides. Finally Danda
gets angry and tells Angu that she has 2 more days to reconsider
her decision -"if u do not come home by then, I severe all ties
with you, won't even see your face even after u die" storms out
with Tams in tow.

Tilaga household - loosumani is narrating her hospital adventure.
Tells her family that Angu's surgery is hangingin the air because
of lack of funds and some asattu pidivaatham on the part of Angu.
Sezhi comes back saying that Sakthi's inlaws were mean. Tilaga
frets saying that her children are adept at bringing home problems
every day -"ipdi yethanum panni Sakthi yum inge vanthu ukkarattum.
vilangidum.. Court, case ellam vida maatingala?" Now Kirtana
voices her 2 cents - "people like Bhoo should be punished. he goes
on troubling us, ill treats Kannu, what do u think we should do??
keep flying kite??" Just then Tams and Danda arrive. They are
welcomed by thatha but Tams attacks Kirtana straight away -
" nee solrathu right thaan. Unga akka vai kalyanam panninathukku,
enga annan jail le iruntha porathu, avanai thookile podanum,nalla pesu" Thatha tries to pacify them saying that Kirtana is young and
so not to mind her words. Danda is particular about his mission -
"chinna ponnu pesuthu, sari, aana u are all listening!! do not make
an attempt to shut her up??!! I do not want my wife to be treated by your family, it is a shame for me. Anyways,I am here to get the divorce
papers signed by your Kannu. Ask her to sign/" Paati tries to placate,
Tilaga says that she kept quiet juston the hope that things will be
alright some day -" neenga enallam trouble kudithinga?? we tolerated all that only in the hope that Kannu will go back to live with your moron" - Kannu's side plates are spread out... Athai listens to all
this from a side....Danda jumps some more....loosu appeals to FIL
"this is the reward u give me for all my patience and all the
suffering that my family went through (kirukkumani, reward than di ithu,ozhunga sign pannittu,life le go forward - antha moron kooda live panrathu is like "kallai kazhuthile kattindu kinathile vizhara mathiri - ozhunga Roja solrathai kelu ,athaiiiiiiiii ) Athai heard Roja's
pathetic cry, comes in to the arena and confronts Danda - " ennayya
venum?? u get in to our house and fight??" Tams jumps in to have
a show but athai silences her " yyey, dont show your hand raising act here. Reserve all that for your drawing room. Inge seythaa kaiyai
odichuduven". Turns to Tilaga and chides her "are u not ashamed
to beg this guy?? U want to send our Kannu to this man's house and
kill her?? If food is the issue, Kannu can eat here" - turns to Danda
and says that Kannu will signthe divorce papers... all others show a
shocked expression, including loosumani.....

Tuesday Megala Update: Attai has confirmed Divorce

Episode 225

Cat and Dogs still continue the fight. The Queen of all Cats Attai comes and starts purring and roaring telling Danda and Tams to get out of the house. Tams gives her big yamna talk but is returned with speech Attai "Don't you dare say that to me you ever come to this house says this or start piling your skin" (Apada there is the Female Tiger of the house others are crying cubs😆). She goes to Tilaga and says "do have a brain you the heck would you give Kannu to a worthless family where we can at least feed her then to a downer". Danda says she better gives Divorce. Thinking I am Big Attai says aloud "Ok Kannu will give you divorce if an only you give back all the jewelry we gave to her on the wedding". Worthless opponent just walks off in a fuming range like hot red Potato Heads. Attai goes to Kannu says I'll fix everything don't worry everything is going to be fine" and leaves. Kannu does what is mini sit on the ground and is all depressed all other cubs tug together and continue their oppari.

Back at Shakthi House. Shakthi is phoning Hubby but is he is not picking up. She keeps trying and trying but after a while he picks up. Shakthi picks up and rages for not answering for the phone. Hubby does his boring talk about him and his new girlfriend ( Ayoo ithy thavya). he continues it on talking like a unwanted to person. Shakthi comes serious and says that story you are saying is being related what is happening to her. She is saying that her hubby Mom is blaming every single time and is hurting and to come. Hubby is hearing all this when Shakthi is pouring rain drop of information of what is happening in the house.

Bhoo house him and Danda are sitting and talking to new family (Bhoo new wives family forgot) when bhoo gets married to the new girl. Danda says that everything is going to be fine and that he has every single thing under control ( My gosh what liar wish Attai was here at this moment to hear this). The new family leave and Danda has idea and makes phone Shakthi house. Shakthi Mamiyar picks up the phone and complains how Shakthi doesn't listen to her etc and cuts the phone off. Danda tried to do something with Shakthi and Megala family but couldn't and Bhoo says that he will case to jail. Everyone leaves and Bhoo is thinking…..freeze

Episode No 226 Wednesday 23/4/08.

Janaki and Viswa meet and have a talk about their wedding. Janaki seems to be a sensible girl - wants to confirm with Viswa that he has agreed to marry her whole heartedly. Viswa says that he can never
forget Megs but will be a good hubby to Janaki once they are married. he tells her that after the wedding they can go back to Dubai and live there -" I have been working there and a change of scene will be a
good idea for both of us" - Janaki agrees.

Sakthi and Bhoo having a Nadu theru conference. Bhoo asks Sakthi not to pursue the case - "u were ready to withdraw the case and now why do u want to take it up?" Sakthi speaks her mind - " are u not ashamed to beg me now?? U spoke like VPK Bomman when my hubby said that he is ready to withdraw!! Now u have become a cockroach??? want to hide?? After the way u treated my sister and the way you behaved to my family, do not expect any consideration from me"
Bhoo accuses her saying that she was the reason for all the trouble and Sakthi says that she has a right to choose her life and she does not regret running away. She tells Bhoo that she will see him in the court.
Sakthi goes to her mom's place and asks Sezhi to take her to the court. Sezhi says that he can not as he is expected to join the job. Tilaga shouts at Sakthi for taking up the court issue on a war footing -
" u are sealing the fate for loosumani once for all. No one in your family likes this and I also do not like this. No court , nothing" - Sakthi accepts to give her court visit with anger and reluctance. Leaves to go back home.

Bhoo is talking to an auto driver -" pick her up and stage an accident , do not kill her , just make her immobile for about 10 days, ok?" Shows Sakthi to him but she gets in to another auto. The auto driver is
first puzzled but Bhoo urges him to follow - Bhoo calls the lawyer and tells him that Sakthi won't present herself in the court. The auto driver chases Sakthi's auto and the planned accident happens.

Sakthi aborts - cries - uh huh.

Viji is distributing sweets in the office. Every one assembles around her and congratulates - including the boss, Prakash. All want to know about the date of the wedding and details of the groom. Viji happily says that they all know him -" Bhoopathi nnu ennai parkka inge adikadi varuvaar, avar than" Prakash asks about Bhoo's employment details
( avaraa?? nalla kudippar. lodge le room eduthu cards nalla vilaiyaduvaar, romba busy😳) Viji says that Bhoo's dad is a big
financier and so Bhoo need not work for a living. She goes on to say
that she would also be resigning. Loosumani walks in and Prakash
asks Viji to give her sweets. Loosu is so upset that Bhoo is leaving
her that she refuses to accept the sweets. Viji says that the marriage
will be held soon, somewhere far away -"this is a second marriage
and his first wife's family is rotten. He has had a raw deal. All the women in that family are immoral..." Loosumani now flares up -
"unakku vera gathi illame u are marrying that moron, no problems
but stop talking ill of my family,ok?" now she informs every one that
she is the first wife of Bhoo and Viji knows that. She informs her boss
that Viji makes it a point to hurt her every time,apologizes to all for flaring up, warns Viji that married life is not heaven and finally goes to her seat. Prakash chides Viji for needling Loosu and wishes her good luck - half heartedly. Viji fumes.

Thyagu gets out - his advocate boasts about finally bailing him out.
Thyagu is livid with anger - "if u had brought me out the next day,
then u can boast. ippo are u not ashamed?? People would have grown out of their fear now, every one will laugh and make fun of me. My capital is the fear of general public and I have lost it!!" Advocate is shred in to pieces - Thyagu drives straight to the construction site of Megs - sees the almost finished houses...imagines blowing them up and has a vicious smile on his face...

Episode 228 Friday 25/4/08 -

Thyagu at Megs' site - fumes at the almost completed houses -
His henchmen do not know the thoughts running in his mind -
An angry Thyagu says that Megs upset his reputation and she
has to die.... all leave. Thyagu's house - the thugs brood get
down. Thyagu is told that his daughter and wife are at home.
Thyagu asks his henchmen to stay in his office as he does not
want his daughter to know all his shady activities. Goes in, wife
welcomes but Thyagu is only interested in his daughter - goes in
search of her and does a "pappa, pappa, paapa " - (looks like
if any one wants Thyagu's life, they need not cross seven seas
and seven hills!!) The girl cries and wants to know why her
innocent father was arrested by the police. She goes on to say
that all her friends were asking her about him and she is
scared. Thyagu pacifies his pappa saying that in business
such things happen -" one woman wanted to punish me and
so gave a false complaint to the police. These days only good
people are hunted by the police, do not worry" -Pappa gets
pacified and goes to get ready as daddy promises to take her
out. Thyagu does the usual "serial kind wife abuse" - shouts
at his wife about his pappa's knowledge on his rowdy activities.
Wife denies her involvement and goes on to say that his pappa
is growing up and her friends are teaching her a few things as
well. Thyagu says that he has made his pappa stay at Ooty
convent only because he did not want her to know about him.
Wife says that if he is so worried about his pappa knowing
all about him, he should stop his shady business. Thyagu says
that the time is not ripe enough to stop - (Nayagan padam
parthiyaa nee?? Kamal mathiri than naanum, can not stop
now- RTDW - Roja, the dialogue writer😳) "I can not jump
out of the speeding car, vizhuntha gali".

Loosumani visits Amutha and Co. Informs the happy news of
Bhoo getting married to Viji soon -" after hearing the news,
I could not work, so , I came here. Not that I had a minute of
happy life with Bhoo but with this happening both the families
will suffer more. That is my worry" Amutha gives an under-
standing look. Angu comes and has heard the whole thing.
Loosu and Angu have some quality crying time. Angu says
that Bhoo can marry any donkey but loosu will always be her
DIL -"why don't u come and live with me?? If u stay in your
place, people will call u vazha vetti but if u come and stay
with me the talk will be about some family feud, what say??"
Kannu says that she needs to think but Angu insists ( if u are
worried about round katti oppari sessions, no sweat. We make
a nice pair. Amutha will join as well. And if I call Sara, he will
oblige too!!! Sara, oru edam kaali ya irukku da nnu sonna
vanthu ange ukkaruvaan, will join our session. Unga veet
le unga athai is there, neenga time lam adjust panni thaan
round katta mudiyum. Megs site le irunthu varanum, ipdi
small small hick-ups irukku. But inge no such problem. As
soon as u get back from work, we can round kattufy. what
say) Kannu leaves abrupty leaves. ( hmm, antha veet le oru
pair of saucers short adikkum, amma enna solvangalo??
hmmm kekkaren) Angu is confident that Kannu will oblige -
Sara has a neutral expression.

Sakthi arrives home - has visions of Durga talking about
grandchild, her own doctor visit ... etc., etc. She is tired and
sits near the stair case. FIL comes and wants to know why
she looks dull. Sakthi apologizes to her PILs and says that
she did not go to the court. "went to my mom and she shouted
at me for being so adamant. I decided against the court visit
and while I was coming back..." FIL interrupts and says that
it is a great decision and it does not matter that only Sakthi's
mom succeeded in convincing her -" all of us are interested
u in being happy. U did a great thing" Sakthi cries and Durga
says that seeing her pregnant DIL crying makes her sad.
Sakthi is thiru thiru fying - (solla vantha matter ai solla vidalai
neenga, apram why did u not tell us nnu kaduppu adippinga..)
FIL doles out general advice to wife and DIL, asks DIL to go
and rest....Bingo...the auto driver who dropped Sakthi from the
hospital comes with her medicines left in the auto..... FIL blinks
with the medicine bag in his hand...MIL turns a questioning eye
at DIL ...DIL does more thief act.....

Episode No 229 Monday 28/4/08

Recap of sakthi's medicines brought by the auto driver - questioning
looks from Sakthi's PILs - Sakthi doing thiru thiru.... FIl asks if her
medicines are over but Sakthi manages to hide details - " all these
medicines are paatti's. I brought it by mistake" - FIL is convinced and MIL wants to know why she looks different from the time she got in.
An accommodative FIL tells wife that DIl is tired as she has been
roaming in the sun from the morning. MIL asks Sakthi to go and lie
down -"do not sleep, I will cook some food and bring. Pregnant woman
should not starve". Sakthi goes to her room and cries her heart out.
"what am I going to tell Diwa?? I did not want this kid but now when
I am so fond of this kid......." Cries some more.

Tilaga and clan are in discussion - Loosumani informs them about
Angu's plans for darling DIL. Paatti agrees with Angu's logic, Megs
is not sure if the plan will work but athai puts her foot down -
"Angu plan sariyana kuppai, if Kannu goes and lives with her
hubby... that is ok. Now why go and live with MIL?? I know
how to set right Kannu's life..all of u keep quiet" Megs tries to
silence athai but athai says that Megs is just a new addition in
the family - " I was the one who brought Kannu up, I know what
is good for her" - leaves the arena. Megs has a bright idea and
as usual the rest of the sheep applaud and mandai aatufying.
Megs says that they should go and meet Viji's people -" we
need to tell them that Bhoo comes with all these issues and inform
about Kannu. No parent would want their daughter to get in to a
family with so many problems" Paatti says that "subashya seekiram"
"odane ponga" - Megs and Tilaga leave ( Loosumani has not told them that Viji works with her and her true colors - urupadatha vera
vishayam ellam pesina!!! intha important matter ai maraichitta!!!
Megs.... diwali ,pongal ellam ore yadiya celebrate panna pore!!!)
Diwa comes back from B'lore and looks harried - he talked to his
parents immediately after Durga blasted Danda and does not know
the latest developments - a flustered Diwa is told that all is well between MIL and DIL. His parents are going to the temple and
Diwa is really happy ( that is going to be short lived Diwa!! Roja feels bad for u) He goes to meet Sakthi.

Diwa meets Sakthi - Sakthi cries her heart out and makes an attempt
to tell him the truth. Diwa is overjoyed with the present state of
affairs and never allows her to talk. He goes on talking about how
he bought some woolen thread -''wanted to buy a ready made cardigan for the baby but the lady said that the mother should knit the sweater by herself and while doing so should keep talking to the kid in her womb. I believe that such talking will make the mother-kid bond
more special" - he goes on and on and Sakthi is not able to spill
the beans. Finally he asks her about what she has to say and Sakthi
does not want to break the euphoria... says" nothing nothing" goes in to the bath room and cries....
