you see most of the girls there in first epi were older than him.. n the ones younger were hardly talking..so thy were js tryng to pull his leg ..

Probably because Jay does/ says funny things and he takes all the comments sportingly. He doesnt make a fuss when people make fun of him, he laughs along. And like the above poster said, most of the girls were older then him, so they were just playing around with him.
