No 3. It was actually twice but almost towards the end and literally in passing.

By then both bokul and Rishi were absolutely in love and Rishi didn't need any proof to know Kunal lied to him and bokul was inocent

MA bhi shak toh nahi karta MH pe Kisi bhi angle se. Maybe mentally he thinks that Kunal ko galatfehmi huyi. I feel our writers forgot about it. So, it will be brushed under the carpet. Warna shayad Kunal jab wapas tab they again bring this topic
