All you fans of Ripudaman Handa, time for a happy jig.

Yes, the charming and good looking Chef Ripudaman, who won the coveted title of MasterChef India last year, will be back on the current season of the series which is set to air on Star Plus.

The show by Colosceum India will see the cooking star turn mentor for the contestants. Ripu will be seen encouraging the contestants and giving them tips on not only cooking but also on how to deal with the judges.

Shares a source, "Ripu has a great fan base and is definitely one of the most popular faces of MasterChef series and thus the makers decided to rope him in to add more fun and intensity."

Along with his mentoring act, Ripu will also be seen hosting special episodes every weekend titled, Zaikebaazon ka Safar.

Ripu, post winning the Season 3 of the show, went on to play an integral part in MasterChef Junior and later participated in dance reality show Nach Baliye in the same channel.

We spoke to Ripu who confirmed his presence and added, "MasterChef is a very special part of my life and I am more than happy to be back in its kitchen."
