Ingredients:

1 lt - Amul Milk
200g - Amul Masti Dahi
300g - Red Cherries
1 - Banana
50g - Grapes
A pinch - Lal Mirch (Red Chili Powder) Powder
1 cup - Amul Mithai Mate (Condensed Milk)
200g - Mawa
100g - Kaju (Cashews)
100g - Saunf (Fennel Seeds)
100g - Badam (Almonds)
50g - Pista (Pistachios)
10 cubes - Ice


Method:

Mix grapes and sliced banana with ice, Amul dahi, lal mirch powder, salt, assorted dry fruits, mawa, Amul Mithai Mate, cherry and saunf. Blend well in a mixer, garnish with cherry and serve.

Ingredients:

200g - Maida (Refine Flour)
2 tbsp - Amul Ghee
A pinch of - Salt
2 tbsp - Amul Milk
As required - Warm Water
cup - Assorted Dry Fruit, chopped
tbsp - Mawa

Method:


Make a dough out of maida, salt and ghee. Make balls of the dough and roll into broad strips. Mix mawa with dry fruit. Using a teaspoon, layer the mawa and dry fruit mixture lengthways in the centre of the strips of dough. Roll the filling into the strips and close it carefully. Twist the rolls into jalebi-like coils. Heat ghee in a kadai or pan and fry the jalebis till golden brown. Take off the heat and garnish with Amul cream.[/CENET]

Ingredients:

500g - Basmati Rice
1 cup - Amul Milk
2 - Bananas
1 bunch - Grapes
cup - Cherries
Few drops - Rose Essence
cup - Dried Cranberries
50g - Kaju (Cashews)
50g - Kishmish (Raisins)
50g - Badam (Almonds)
150g - Amul Ghee
Few pods - Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
2 - Tej Patta (Bay Leaves)
Few - Laung (Cloves)
2 sticks - Dalchini (Cinnamon)
100g - Mawa
To taste - Salt


Method:

Soak basmati rice for 20 minutes. Heat water in a pan and make a potli in a muslin cloth of dalchini, elaichi, laung, tej patta and put it in the water.

Drain the rice and add it to the water. Add salt to taste, cover the pan with a lid and let the rice cook. Once the rice has cooked, remove from heat and drain the excess water.

Now in another pan, saut the dried cranberries, kishmish, kaju and badam. Add the milk and mawa to the sauted dry fruits. Take off heat and cool.When the milk has cooled, add rose essence. Chop the fresh fruit and add to the milk mixture, keep it till fruits get completely soaked in milk. Pour the milk mixture over the rice, toss and serve warm.

Ingredients:

250g - Paneer
1 no. - Yellow / Red Bell pepper
100gms - Amul Cream
2 Tbsp - Ginger Paste
2 nos. - Tomato
1 Pinch - Dal Chini
1 Tbsp - Haldi Powder
1 Tbsp - Red Chilli Powder
100gms - Oil
1 Tbsp - Kaju Paste
1 Tbsp - Salt
1 Tbsp - Kasuri Methi

Method:


Soften the paneer by using your fingers and then add salt, haldi, kasuri methi and mix it gently. Cut Bell pepper roundels and clean the core of it. Stuff the paneer mix in bell pepper roundels. Shallow fry these rings.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger paste, haldi, tomato puree, dalchini powder and cook until it leaves the sides of the pan. Once the gravy is made, pour it on fried paneer roundels. Add cream, kasuri methi and salt for garnish and serve hot.
