Wednesday's episode...

I don't think I have seen another episode on an Indian soap that was anywhere as powerful as the one on Wednesday. The scene between Devyani and Roshni Devi gave me goosebumps. If the lines there don't define a mother's love I don't know what does. And kudos to the writers for having her say it - my son IS normal. And I love him for who he is. Who are we to define what is right when nature has made him the way he is. All he did was listen to his heart. Just like everyone else. I was so happy that it was put so clearly, honestly and simply. And I hope it has an impact on someone somewhere who refuses to accept their gay family member. Brilliant job by the writers and the actors foe bringing so much to those lines

As for the scene between Gaurav and Karan...I don't know what to say. Their silences spoke volumes and I don't think I have ever been so moved and heartbroken by a scene on a Hindi show. I can't imagine the challenge of portraying the characters that they do (I assume the actors are straight in real life) but they made me feel and believe in the purity of their love. To all those who constantly talk of Gaurav and vidya's chemistry...this scene to me was chemistry at a whole other level

I hope there is more to this story and the writers and actors continue to outdo themselves. But this episode was beyond brilliant. And a special word for the actor who plays Karan. There is a lot of praise for Gaurav (all well deserved) but in this scene I felt every ounce of karan's pain and his portrayal was outstanding

I completely agree with you ...when i started watching this show this was when Vidya got shot that was my very 1st time ever watching this show i was like gaurav and vidya r made for each other no matter what...but now i feel Karan is the one who is losing everything in this...no matter what vidya will always have gaurav n his fam and vice versa..

I have never cried watching a hindi show like seriously cause i thought it was always too cliche and over done but when i saw the scenes between gaurav and karan it made me tear up like a little baby..i couldn't believe it i was actually crying and it was so painful, sad, and i wanted them 2 to be together ...

You're right the whole scene btwn devyani and roshni was brilliant and its true who are we to judge or say anything? but u know its sad how people still do ...this is about gay relationships im talking about straight ones with the whole religion/caste and all that its so well put and heads off to the writers for putting it in a simple manner yet it was powerful..this show gets better and better everyday...
