I agree with almost everything that you said...but the only difference of opinion i have is that its actually Priya's story which keeps me engaged in the show....not AdiYa story but the individual story of Priya.....i'm fascinated to how she's becoming strong and using her brains to turn the situation in her favour....and recovering from the fall back of her life.....
that and Gaurav Vidya track is the most interesting up until now.....and as for Aditya and Priya chemistry....well i don't agree...they have rather palpable chemistry usually....just not in the dream sequences.....because as you said the dream sequences don't meet my expectations and is not consistent with the rest of the show....but just for pleasures sake its a good watch without over thinking....but in the context of the show maybe those dream sequences are not appropriate. they are just trying to keep the audience engaged until Adiya meet again which is why they are showing so many dream sequences.
@priyankumupal...Hiya! I think I should qualify why Priya's character is not connecting with me yet...will think about that some more.
It might be because we know more about the secrets of the other characters compared to Priya's past. I love that her character has a brain unlike the average series protagonist. It is also clear that whatever happened to her was painful and heart-wrenching...but when I watch the acting, I am not able to see the pain visibly. Personally speaking, I love it when actors emote through their eyes and I hope Ridhi brings more of those nuances in her acting.
As far as Aditya - Priya are concerned, I do agree the normal interactions between the two are far superior to the dream sequences.
I would love to hear your thoughts on the Priya sequences last week. There were many which were good.
