These shows most of the time cash on Male leads actually and an easy punching bag to take aim at for showing the Mahanta level. Like you said the show resembles SH in many aspects. The only difference here we have face of the FL, other than that there's alot of similarity. So far i've been enjoying Param's work only, all the actors are good but their screen character's aren't strong enough to feel connected.

^This is because Parsh has already shared a bond, they knew each other even before SH happened and most of the fans see them as a potential real life couple, but with Param & Mahima, I would just say abhi toh aagaaz hai janaab, anjaam abhi baaki hai.. if serial goes long I m sure they will definitely make a place in everyone's heart as an onscreen couple.

Exactly Romi, the only difference I found in the face of FL, otherwise a lot of similarity are there esp character-wise. I honestly never wanted to watch after leap coz kids Maryum, Nanhe (jr. Fawad) and her friends were so cute and the story was so gripping. The only news of Param's came back put me back into the show.
