Lot more discussion about the current status of Risha-li's relationships with each other. I have a slightly different take on it though. If we go by Isha's Insta posts on Rishi's birthday (March) and even before that, she has clearly hinted at the love relationship and Mayuri Deshmukh had commented as if she knows that they are a couple. So IMO Rishi Isha being a couple was an open secret in Marathi TV industry. It seems that Rishi Isha started dating sometime after Switzerland shooting. I don't think their relationship is a stunt BUT them flashing revealing and exotic ( or erotic is a better word?!?😉) pictures and using their relationship to create some stir IS a stunt and they are doing it for publicity. In entertainment industry, any publicity is a good publicity. So even if people are abusing them, it's good for them as they both are getting talked about.
Sayali must be knowing about their relationship too, However it never made to the light until recently. Sayali was maintaining her costar cum friends relationship with Rishi and Isha even after the serial ended but when fans started DMing her and I am sure they must have started asking and abusing Rishi and Isha too, then Sayali quickly distanced herself from getting entangled into any controversy. She stopped liking their pictures or commenting on any of the posts on social media. She may not be best friends with them anymore but could be cordial with both of them offline. Sayali seems very sweet personality and knows how to keep her networking strong. She seems professional enough to keep working for all these months even after Rishi started seeing Isha. She also agreed for all the promotional videos and the web series with Rishi.
Now the question remains that how was Rishi Sayali relationship before Isha entered into the picture and if something went wrong after Switzerland shooting.
From all the interviews of Rishi, I find him a genuine and down to earth guy but he comes out as if he is very fascinated with the western lifestyle more and Isha may have suited the bill perfectly. She must be his companion to the pubs, night clubs, drinks, dances, spending more time with him partying/ going to places, shops etc. What it started as just friends, may have turned into a full fledged romantic relationship soon after. Also boys/girls who live alone, away from the families in a different city, generally tend to live a freak out lifestyle (with exceptions like Sayali, PM and a few others, so please don't take this as a blanket statement 😊).
On the opposite, Sayali comes from the modest background and is a homely, simple girl. She lives in Mumbai on her own with her mom frequenting, so she must be careful about not spending late nights with friends. Also she was the victim of not getting the flat on rent only because she works in films and tv. So she must be super careful about her behavior off screen and not have agreed to Rishi's demands to spend time with him partying. That may have created some space for Isha to enter the scene..😉
