KDP friends, yesterday I went to watch a Marathi play- Mazhi Aai, Ticha Baap which has Mohan Joshi. Since my uncle is also in the play we went back stage to meet him and my daughter wanted to meet 'Gauriche baba'. She met Mohan Joshi and chatted with him. She was very concerned about Shiv-Gauri's welfare :).

I did not go and meet him as I do not like disturbing actors after a show when they are tired. It felt good to watch him on stage. He is such a terrific performance. The play is ordinary, light comedy...but Mohan Joshi uplifted it and gave us the best moments of laughter. His comic timing has not been used in KDP at all as it is not suiting his character.

My daughter also did a faux paus- she went up to the hero of the play- Sachin Deshpande and told him that she used to watch him in Jhanvi serial. She mistook him for Shashank Keskar! It was hilarious.

Apoorva... that's OK. You have tried, now it's upto him and other people in his team to join or not. We have to respect their privacy. So, I would suggest for you to not post the snapshot of your conversation with him instead post a summary of it if you wish.

Gauri in kitchen. Shiv comes to help her. Dadi comes to the table cursing Amma. Bauji Chuttan also come to the table. Dadi fires Shiv for doing the work of the ladies. Shiv wonders what is the harm in him helping Gauri. Chuttan and Bauji supporting husbands helping wives. Ram wants to talk to Sarla only after permission from Amma. Dadi not happy with this new approach. Gauri takes food to Amma. She wants Gauri to leave. As she sees Arbi sabji in her plate she remembers Dadi's allergy to Arbi. Amma in dilemma whether to go and tell. Finally rushes in and stops Dadi from having the sabji. Dadi fires Amma that it is aloo but Gauri also confirms it is arbi ki sabji. Dadi fires Vishram. Everyone fires Vishram. Amma again walks out as everyone is fawning over Dadi. Gauri and Shiv run after her and thank her. Amma tells with concern on her face to Gauri to be careful next time. Gauri tells Shiv that Amma is hurt. Shiv thinking about Amma's concern for Dadi. Shiv Tells Gauri that Amma's concern is not being highlighted. Gauri also supports that Amma has never been appreciated for all these years. Shiv in their room discussing with Gauri wants to talk this with Bauji. Shiv again assures Gauri that he will never ever hurt her. Awww those eye contact moments.
Bauji angrily asking why tea is not ready. Shiv comes and tells Bauji to talk over with Amma as he seems to be upset because Amma is not around. Bauji wants Shiv to go and talk to Amma. Dadi also supports Bauji that Amma is a nautanki. Gauri supporting Shiv but Dadi fires her saying she should not interfere in elders talks. Dadi and Bauji walk off. Shiv wants to help her in the kitchen.
Nisha brings b/fast for Nachi. Nachi notices her hands are red with the parathe preparations. Nachi wants to talk to Aajee but Nisha stops him. Nachi applies cream on her palms. Nisha is back to her dirty ways with a thought that she will make Nachi dance to her tune (CV's, you are letting me down!).
Amma is crying in kothri. Gauri arrives. Concerned about Amma not having nashta. Gauri wants Amma to come and take charge of the house. Amma in tears that she doesn't want to take charge where she is not appreciated. Emotional Amma breaks down. Compares Shiv's supporting her to Bauji's unhelping nature. Amma says she will be back only when she gets respect. Gauri clasps her hands and confidently vows to Amma that she will do whatever is necessary to get her back her respect in the house. Both having a faint smile on their faces
Precap: As Gauri comes to the shop phoopaji is complaining to Bauji and Ram that this mumbaiwali is roaming around Benaras so unlike a benarasi lady.
