Very true Suruchi. Shiv can't ask this question to any one. But he is right in his place. He just wants to spend some quality time with his wife.That' why he is frustrated and getting angry. So it's his family's responsibility to give them some time together. I wonder no one in the family asked them about HM. And why Shiv is silent?

One more thing I noticed that now both the characters have changed. In the Mumbai episodes it was Gouri who was always angry on Shiv without reason. And Shiv was always understanding. Now they have done the role reversal. Now Shiv is angry on small things and Gouri is understanding. But still the love between the two is same...Adorable..

So to see the love again and again do watch...

Good observation! In spite of so much tiraskar from Baba, Shiv always used to be calm and never answered back. Now in spite of so much trouble from Amma, Gauri is keeping calm and controlling herself from answering back. She had sentimental attachment to her aaiee's saris but she did not blast Amma for disposing them off.
And when their gazes lock (which these days does not occur too often 😔 ) they are back in their romantic world away from this daily zhik zhik.
Looking forward eagerly to this transformation to original Gauri. Even Shiv is looking forward to see Gauri in her marathmoli roop. Surely he is going to insist on her loose hair look and no dokyavar padar. Wonder how this "no dokyavar padar" will get accepted.

This brings me to the writing of this story by Jitendra Gupta. I wonder if his wife is a Maharashtrian. And whether he has personally gone through such experiences. The way he is bringing out the small but significant nuances in both Shukl as well as the Sawant households gives me a feeling that he may have himself gone through such things. I tried to google my way around but could not get an idea if his wife Smita was a Maharashtrian (her schooling/college looks to be from Mumbai). If our forum Asmita's can do a better job than me maybe we can find out the reason for the authenticity of this serial.

Hope with change of sarees, Gauri's Garib Gaay attitude is also changed. Waiting to see smart Gauri with stout Marathibana... handling Shukl parivaar without anybody's shield. Kuthe ahes Mumbai chi murgi??? ooppss Mulgi 😉

The same way that she gazed at him when he was giving her foot a massage in the hot water in the cramps episode. Adoration, IMO, is the right word.

New find: Dadiji's name is Archanaa Dubey Damohe and she is pulling double duty on KDP. In addition to portraying Dadi on screen she is also writing the Hindi dialogues. Source: Her FB account.

Yesterday, I enjoyed one small part - when Amma was arguing with dadi about saree issue... she indirectly punched dadi too - her own sarees were given in Gomti's dahej by dadi earlier without her consent ...😆 dadi said - gade murde mat ukhado...that was too good punch👏

i doubt dokyawar padar thing will go... babuji once said-amma kabhi bhi ghunghat ke bina bahar nahi ayi etc etc... Among all this, I really doubt how CVs will make Gauri work...
