Very True, but Dil Dosi D. was bad only when they brought long multiple episodes of Rakesh & Reshma or when Ashutosh & his gimmicks were given too much prominence. Else it was quite a time pass.
Incidentally , on life Ok channel , a (very mild ) adult comedy is going on called " May I come in Madam " . It has Neha Pendse as Lady Boss , Sandeep Anand who works in her office & his jealous wife , mother & brother in law etc. I have watched several episodes . The plotlines are bizarre , but they have kept the story in farcical mode only & avoided any serious family matters.
Let us see what this serial offers.
If " Maze pati -" would have been made as a farce , I am sure it would have been a quite popular serial.

Edited - Just saw the updates about "Amar Photo Studio ". Coincidentally , " Ashutosh " & " Meenal " who got quite a lot of episodes for themselves in DDD , have not been seen in any promos of the drama. I sincerely hope it is only a coincidence.

Missed the first half (due to lack of interest) but saw the second half by chance. Unless I missed something, it seems to be an out and out flirting husband cheating on a doting (maybe jealous) wife from day 1 of the serial. Wonder how this can be called a "family serial" suitable for prime time.🤢

I avoided it to watch new ZY serial - Bun-Maska but it wasn't interesting either. Then i tried to watch Ithech taka tambu featuring shashank ketkar on ZY. It is better among others on ZY. First impression.

Surprisingly ZM has lined up two shows at prime time which cannot fall into the "family viewing" category. MNB openly showing extramarital affair and KKK based on premarital affair.

KKK is not exactly pre-marrital affair as past is not shown... it will become an extra marital affair with bro-in-law for the heroine. 😉

Nothing so far other than a slightly bold subject & the " other woman's" clothes. Considering the first four episodes , It is clear that the wife is going to win in all encounters.😊

There was one old marathi movie with ranjana and ravindra mahajani where ranjana acted gawthi wife to educated husband. This must be 25-30 yr old movie and the theme is highly outdated. No one announces promotions in a family party.

And it is pretty much impossible in these Sairat days for even a gawthi wife not to recognize a straying husband.
