As far as natya gaurav awards are concerned I can't comment on that coz I have seen only one natak and i.e. GTG... and IMO whatever nominations it has got... all are fair... but don't know about other play...

Tikde MATA sanman madhe GTG la fakt ekach nomination aahe and that is for Best Actress Leena Bhagwat... 😲 😲 😲 😲 😲
