My family is Big fan of Ponkshe..have met him in thane once.

Posted this on the GT page by mistake, so re- posting that here

I looked up Satish Rajwade's FB page out of curiosity and I don't think he is directing any new serial - for ZM or any other channel. He usually announces that on his page and in fact when people were thinking ELTG must be his serial, he had clarified on his page.

But he does seem to be busy with the MPM re-make in Hindi - Mumbai Delhi Mumbai 👍🏼. Hope that it is as entertaining as MPM. Swapnil J's acting was OTT (IMHO) in that movie but I like that movie, especially because it shows Pune (apart from the Puneri abhimaan 😆) and whenever I feel home sick I see this movie.

I was not aware that Mumbai aur Delhi waalon me bhi Punekar vs Mumbaikar jaisi tiff hai 😳

I just hope that Sharad Ponkshe has made the right choice. In Durva his role had become very restricted off late to just changing the responsibilities and then covering up by saying "Varishthanshi discussion karun pakshane asa nirnay ghetlay" 🤔. So good that he left, although that was really an abrupt exit 😔. Both Vinay Apte and he had given justice to that character...but obvious.

Hey Neela, thanks dear for posting that link...wasn't aware that SR had even made an Hindi film and it has been released too...the trailer seems to be fast paced and the girl looks really very smart...how come the movie didnt create any waves 😕...anyways, will chk online if the movie is available.

Yep Neela di, this movie was released in December. But looks like it has failed on Box office..

And yes, Mumbai-Delhi rivalry is as intense as Mumbai-Pune! Interestingly, we see both, as I'm from Pune, my husband from Mumbai and my B-I-L is settled in Delhi. None of us misses any chance of poking fun at others 😆
