Why isn't he doubting?

The one thing that I find strange is that why isn't Krishna doubting or is surprised at his wife's sudden change in behavior and attitude?

They just celebrated their wedding anniversary like couple of days ago and were so in love!! Now Pratigya takes a complete u turn. Is he still processing it, I mean he does seem confused and shocked but will he be shown analyzing her change?

Well what am I expecting, the makers ki jo marji wohi karenge na, right now their main target is hurt Krishna and the fans full on!! 😡
