Hello MKAPIANS,
Ek to Monday blues, topping that with a heavy episode!! Zaalimness of CVS!! Torturing us by delaying revelation of truth to Pratigya and adding to that by causing a Kriya rift!! ugh!!
So, as expected, Krishna is unable to lie on Pratigya's kassam; he is taken aback and struggling to find words when SS intervenes and handles the situation; he makes an excuse that he only sent Krishna to check on CCTV because he wants it installed on his site.
Pratigya questions Krishna about why he lied when he could have simply told her, to which Krishna responds angrily, "You did not ask me straight, you were suspicious of me and beat around the bush, so I got angry," and he walks away. Pratigya walks behind him and apologizes to him, saying that she had work stress and did not mean to hurt him, to which Krishna becomes enraged and rents, saying that she is not the only one who has stress and that she should not apologize blatantly, but rather when she truly feels sorry, and then walks away!!
Krishna is in the wrong here, you're the one who's lying to her, you're the one who's suspicious of her Krishna, and you're blaming her!! Oh my goodness!!
For the first time in my life, I agreed with Shakti when he said, "I feel bad for Pratigya, you're all getting together and deceiving her." 'Mil ke chuna laga rahe ho,' he says, and I couldn't agree more. Krishna's demeanor is exacerbating the situation.
It was heartbreaking to see how Kriya's children were affected by all of this. We see them go to SS, Amma crying, and the grandparents comforting them. Garv is concerned that if his mother and father fight like this, they will part ways and it will all be his fault. SS assures Garv that nothing of the sort will occur, and that his parents will not separate (I hope so).
When Krishna sits at the dining table in the morning, he gets his plate with a sorry written on it (cute), and Pratigya looks at him hopeful, he has a semi-smile on his face, when the school teacher walks in.
Pratigya is informed by the schoolteacher that Kriti has left her paper blank and that Garv's performance is declining at school. Pratigya is taken aback by this news. The teacher suggests that she focus on her children like she does with her work. Pratigya is irritated by her remark and responds, "I do pay attention to my children, and as a working woman yourself, I did not expect this kind of remark from you."
The teacher informs Pratigya of Samar's behavior, to which Samar responds by threatening the teacher and being slapped by Pratigya. Samar tells Pratigya that if you think what I did was a big deal (caught watching Ashleel videos on his phone, junior Shakti in every way), let me tell you something even bigger.
Krishna stops him and tells Pratigya that he has had enough of her work and asks her to choose between family and work 🥺 shocking Pratigya.
I would have despised Krishna for doing this, but I know he's only doing it to get Pratigya off of Balwant's case. Pratigya would not be the successful lawyer she is today without Krishna's support all this while; I forgive him because I know his intention behind this act.
Pratigya chooses her work, as seen in the precap, which surprised me. Personally, nothing should be more important to me than my family. Well, let's see how the story progresses; the Kriya rift is unavoidable at this point; congratulations, CVS; you must be very happy now that you don't have to think about Kriya scenes!! Oh, behooda!!
Pratigya choosing her work, will further solidify his belief in his theory that Pratigya will sacrifice Garv for her sense of justice!! More painful episodes ahead, I just want Kriya to emerge stronger, watching them against each other is emotionally draining!!
