you're not acting stubborn pooja. it just shows how much you've been loving this show & it's characters. it is also hard for me to accept the drastic change 'mamta' has undergone but then again, i don't think i will be able to do anything about it.

neha quit because she didn't like the way the script was going. they told her one thing & did another, anyone would be pissed like you mentioned. let's put it this way.. maybe neha is meant for bigger & better things than to be stuck in this stale soap where they've been giving her a half baked character.😊

narayani is a wonderful wonderful actress but the magic of AM is lost forever. i've learnt to accept that. it's a bitter pill to chew but what to do?

you can try your best to ask neha to come back! all the best! but all i can say is don't be too heartbroken if she refuses.😊

Hey Pooh, i understand what you are going thro at the moment.. We have been ardent admirers of A and M. In this, we mean to say, Anand and Neha as Akshay and Mamta.. So i too feel the absence of Neha, no doubt about it. But, i dont think we can do anything about this. This is the fact.. Neha took her decision to quit, thanks to the sloppy scripts written in this serial.. We ourselves know that there is no single character left in this serial , that had not been butchered... The character's of Sid, Mamta and even Akshay were killed and the whole essence of their loving characters was lost somewhere down the line.. So i would say, this was very much expected.. We may never know, today is is Neha, tomorrow it may be another actor in Mamta... 😕 So we just can think of old good days and then take it in as Grapes are sour... Thats it!!!

Talking about Narayani, i personally think that she is a wonderful actress. She will surely give life to the character of Mamta, provided the script writers give the character of Mamta some life.. I am personally looking forward to scenes between Andy and Narayani, bcos i think they will surely strike a chord of good chemistry. So let us wait and watch... Yes, the void that is there with the exit of Neha will always be there. But let us not think of past, let us appreciate the ease with which Narayani has fit into the role of Mamta , that too in such short notice... 😳

^actually i think both neha & narayani are equally beautiful. neha is a cute bubbly sorta beauty while narayani is the epitome of poise & elegance.😊 talentwise both are again on par. neha played the role of mamta as convincingly as narayani played the role of rhimjim.😊

these sort of comparisons will only increase the number of arguments here so i think it'll be better if people stop comparing the two women in terms of looks & talent.😊 they both are different as chalk and cheese.. where's the need for comparison?😆😆

i can t believe it😛 ...please count me too. i am new to this forum and waiting for Narayani coming to this serial . I haven t watched mamta before . I have seen Narayani in Nach Baliye only and some interview of hers , she is pretty intelligent and beautiful too☺️. I have also heard about her marvellous acting. 👏

Neha left because she didn't want to work anymore and she didn't want to play a mother who has son that is her age 😳 😆

It's fault of our eyes because we like to and used to see Neha as a Mamta that's Narayani is not coming in a frame of Mamta but Narayani is a good actress there is no doubt about it. I don't mind her being in the show. 😛

No doubt the show is going down the drains but Neha left on her own accord, no one forced her to leave.

If she can't play the role of an older woman...which I seriously think that she looks much older than Narayani so be it. Besides, Narayani is a new face....it would take some time to get used to her instead of Neha as Mamta.

I don't want Neha back. She left us....so end of her.
