Akshay sees mamta… and he is dead shocked… sid asks him how did he find his new wife, akshay says that since he has chosen her she has to be perfect… he says that aunty must have seen mamta's real nature, vandana says that YES, indeed she is the perfect person for this family… he wishes sid congrats and wishes mamta too… mamta has tears in her eyes and akshay is yet shocked,,, he decides to leave, mamaji stops him and asks him to go later… there are silent scenes between mamta and akshay… akshay suddenly falls, mamta cries even more…. Akshay gets up and leaves…
akshay goes out and mamta is in her room… it starts raining… both cry and there is a back ground song…"tu dil hain mera… tu jaan meri"
suddenly everybody being sid in the room.. Mamiji tells mamta slowly that in the first night, one finds out who will be the winner in the relationship, so don't let it go… sid goes to close to door, mamaji looks back and wishes him best of luck.. Sid smiles and shuts the door… sid looks at mamta and tells him that he remembers his boundries.. Sid asks her to go sleep, he will sleep on the sofa… mamta cries…
akshay remembers past scenes with mamta and her promises… akshay thinks that it was all a lie, he doesn't trust anyone anymore…
sid sees that mamta cant sleep, he says that they should talk about their past… he describes how he met akshay for the first time, like they ordered the same kind of tea, and he thought akshay was copying him, but it turns out that they had the same choices…mamta is still crying… akshay thinks that he should tell sid everything… mamta has flashbacks about akshay… she cries on the bed, while sid is asleep.. (good acting for once) mamta raps her duppata around her and cries… another back ground song… akshay ther is upset too…
next day, vandana takes mamta to her room and says she looks like a perfect bride, except that she doesn't have any sindoor, just then sid walks in.. vandana asks him to put the sindoor, sid and mamta get nervous… just then tanisha walks in,, sid leaves from there, and mamta puts the sindoor on her own... vandana and tanisha take mamta to the temple.. meanwhile, tanisha wonders what must have heppened when akshay say mamta.. mamta does the arti.. mamta prays that she needs the light which will guide her thru this difficult road...
akshay reads the Gita to dadi, dadi says that he is reading the wrong passage, he says that he is disturbed and this passage gives him peace... he says that he is trying hard to understand relationships, dadi says that somethings are better left for time to handle...
mamta begins cooking, she asks vandana to take rest... vandana says that she cant let her cook until the ceromanies are done, mamta protests, but vandana asks her to leave.. (a cute scene)...
tanisha asks mamaji about sid's friends, he dont say anything... mamta comes therem tanisha wishes her congrats and asks her how her suhagraat was... mamta gets angry and leaves... tanisha smiles...
sid goes to mamta and says that they will start the court process by tommorow... mamta says that she iwill do it on her own... sid says that he wants to help... she says that this fight is her own... just then mamta sees tanisha, she leeaves from them, mamta follows her and asks her to leave and stop medling in her life... tanisha says that she could have done something long back... mamta says that she is not needed here, and asks her to leave.. tanisha says that she will be back...
tanisha puts in mamta, krish and akshay's pictures in a envelop and says that no one will belive her and she will be thrown out... (wait a min. how did she even get those pictures????????????)
mami and mama have a funny scene,,,, a guy comes home and sid gets a letter which is for vandana, and wonders who has sent that... he realises something and is shocked...
