Siddharth realizes it is a story that Aanchal was narrating to Sachin. Aanchal tells Siddharth that she wants to meet him somewhere outside for lunch and speak to him about a very important and delicate issue. Siddharth wonders what the issue could be.
Ramakant tells Rekha that he is returning the same day without Jaya's kids because he is convinced that Chanchal was lying about Siddharth and the kids are very happy there.

Dhiraj takes Sachin for check up to Dr. Sudip. Coincidentally, Ramakant also visits the same hospital for to meet a doctor for Bharati's case. He overhears Dhiraj saying that Siddharth has gone for a meeting. Hence he couldn't come along with Sachin his check-up. Sachin also says that Siddharth is the best. Ramakant is glad to know that the kids are happy with Siddharth.

Just when he is about to leave for Mumbai, he spots Siddharth and Aanchal at a restaurant. He remembers Dhiraj telling Sachin that Siddharth had an important meeting to attend. He is stunned to know that the meeting was with none other than Aanchal.
