You have a valid point. But this one was a sort of competition so I don't think they had a contract. The one who wins gets the contract. Also they wouldn't want to oust him because such unprofessional behaviour as they claimed would give the show masala. However having said that I don't believe that the crew was really wrong about him because even on stage his behaviour with that reality producer wasn't good. The guy was trying to get his point across & Vikas was being very rude by re-iterating that he didn't want to speak to him. Not just that when the judges were speaking to him he kept interrupting.
More than the clippings shown which can be edited I have judged him on his attitude on stage. Maybe its just me little things reflect a lot about us. I don't know him & won't make judgements about him. But one thing seems clear he does have anger issues.
The other contestants all had work at that point of time. I think most of them worked in Balaji shows & in fact are still working in balaji shows so in fact they were better off than Vikas. Most of them are close to Ekta. So I don't see any competition at least for work from their part against Vikas in that department. I doubt there was any conspiracy against Vikas here.
