I think he would because firstly, its logic. If she really was after money, why would she go through so much pains to become Samaira? Mohanto is smart enough to realise that. Secondly, Mohanto knows his daughter. Yes she might have changed now but even Mohanto is aware of how she was in the past. Even today he is aware of her anger.
Thirdly, if he gives it a thought he will recall Aditya calling Samaira Shikha. This would be reason enough for Mohanto to suspect Madhu & Adi.
Mohanto himself mentioned when speaking to his wife about his affection for Samaira. He sees a certain spark & fire in her. So even if he might choose not to believe Samaira when the truth comes out, he will definitely be doubtful of Adi & Madhu.
