It seems every second daily soap has a leap in the offing and the latest to join the bandwagon is Shashi and Sumeet Mittal's Main Lakshmi Tere Aangan Ki.

The show is set to take a time leap of seven years next week but not before a major twist in the story. We hear that the protagonist — Lakshmi (Shraddha Arya) will die giving birth to a baby girl and another character named Kanchi will be introduced, who happens to be Lakshmi's lookalike. We hope the twist rakes in the expected ratings.

So they want to keep Shradhya, but in the form of her daughter? But would Shradhya be playing the role of her baby girl?

Looks like this serial is headed for the shredder, and this is a desperate attempt to salvage it after the bigamy track boomeranged on it.

What? Read the article properly 😆 There will be a 7 year leap after Lakshmi dies in childbirth. How can Shraddha play a 7 year old? 😆 Shraddha will play a new role named Kanchi..who am pretty sure will be a dance teacher or a nanny for the kid. 🥱 So original these moronic writers are of the show. 🤢

first they added this stupid soumya n ruined everything!!! n now they t killing lakshmi!!!! :( no yaar this cannot be happening i wanna kill d writers!!! r they sick or wat they r killing d main character!!!! my poor lakshmi!!! 😭 oh god she was d main pillar of d show!!! arjun n lakshmi both together are d main pillar of d show!!! oh god cv's should die instead!!! stupid people!😡
