and regarding the actor who is playing Lord Vishnu/Narayan role; I think Lord Vishnu doesn't have much to do in this show may be that's why they didn't cast a popular actor; but whatever it is in dint find him attractive enough;
And his characterization is completely wrong; he is someone who knows everything and but pretends that he knows nothing; always smiling and mischievous; but here here he is 🤢
Being a devotee of Lord Krishna it hurts the way he is portrayed!!!

I know right ?!?!? I'm also a devotee of LakshmiNarayan ( my Mata-Pitha ) ❤️ Well not a just devotee, they're everything to me ❤️ Hence I'm really not able to digest the way they're being portrayed in this show .
Mother Lakshmi is a warrior too ( Shakti of Lord Vishnu ) & a Goddess too !!!
Here she's shown so immature and dumb 🤢

The ultimate supreme protector and controller of the universe Lord NARAYAN is show here as some mere ordinary devta !!!

Mythology shows nowadays has this habit of showing other Gods / Goddess in poor light in order to make the main character look more good and appealing !!!

I agree that Kaali mata is the central character of this show but they can really portray her in great way without putting others down

yeah, even I think "Red" is the color that is almost always used with regard to Goddess Parvati. Occassionally, Red and White.

Of course, during Navratri - each day being devoted to one different aspect then there are I think nine different colors of sari used...

I agree with your views.
Both actors are lacking in evoking the gods. And seriously is I necessary to show lord Vishnu in blue colour. Blue means calm and CV's should have shown the calmness of lord Vishnu rather than painting the actor in that colour.
Also regarding Lakshmi's costume what are those tentacles behind her back. It's definitely not an aura nor depicting her power.

Yup in other adaptations, they usually show Lord Narayan calmly stayed sitting in the Sea,, with Goddess Laxmi beside Him...
And Narad Murni appears as busy messenger between Lord Narayan in the Sea and Mahadev at the mountain...

But here,, the Blue Lord keeping busy Himself to visit Mahadev at Mt Kailash

Exactly my point.
But on second thoughts, the production house might be facing budget cuts hence lesser gods.

First of all, I dislike kanan and Nikita as actors.
But still, I feel they could've done a sufficient job if the characterisation and look of Vishnu -Laxmi was more authentic to the Puranas.
When the creative team itself hasn't done their job right what'll the actors do?!

Characterizatin of Narayan here is very spotty. But overall, everyone has some little knowledge about the Tridev, and unfortunately this actor is not able to get even the stance right - forget about expression.

Re the blue color : One of the reasons for using blue (Kali, Vishnu and Shiva) is because it represents infinity. So for Vishnu and Shiva blue like the sky appears when all is calm and Kali a blue like the sky appears when it is stormy & terrifying.

Here the blue used for Narayan has no connection to the sky (at any time).

In fact if I looked up and saw the sky the color of this Narayan, I would be very worried😆

Thanks for explanation @rsnarula67

I salute that fellow members here are having deeper understanding (about Tridev and Puranas, eg. reasons of each symbols) than the writer and creative team do.

Swastik should hire You All as part of the production team..

Before reading your post, I do not understand the meaning of Narayan's blue color,, only find it eye catching and I simply like the purple-ish blue,,

Anyway they already colored Kali and Narayan here...
Why didn't they color Shiv as well ??
