I always wanted to read something on Karna's curses, his emotions, his fears, his helplessness when he was cursed which ultimately became instrumental in bringing in his death.

You have well described the nature around him and the comparison of mysteries of night with Karna's inner feelings, his guilt that he is taking the knowledge of divine weapons from the most revered guru of Aryavart Bhagwan Parshuram by telling a lie.

The pain and nightmares Karna went through when he was cursed by the farmer who lost his cow was very well described with apt words and turbulent emotions Karna went through at that point of time.

The final face-off between Bhagwan Parshuram & Karna after the confession was heart wrenching. It must have been hard for the Guru to curse his favouritre disciple in this manner. Karna though bleeding profusely was burdened with another curse in his life.

Hmm Very true...maybe he couldn't cope with the thing that his Fav disciple lied😭 and so he cursed my hero😭

Hence an apt name to this OS, the knowledge which he went to learn to become one of the formidable of warriors of Aryavart has now become a 'Cursed Knowledge' or 'Shapit Vidya' for him.

Actually cursed knowledge is the title that I thought for this os earlier but afterwards I thought Shapit Vidya to be more effective😊

But I too don't think that my hero had any other option except lying😭 Arjun knew Brahamastra so to come on par with him he too needed it!!

I have read MJ for more than 50 times now so whenever I think of MB only MJ comes into my mind

The chronological sequence of these events is something I dint like in the novel. Though., the sequence cleared the doubt of how insect bite happened .,

Though they say that its the best on Karna I too didn't like few things from it like in the last battle when Dury was going to place the mukut on Karna's head that Krishna gave him Karna wore it before he could even touch it!! Also I felt that Radhamata and Supriya too must have been given different parts in the book

he has only one convo with Supriya but its very cute😳 He should have mentioned what happened to her after his death

Also about his sons everyone was dead before him except Vrishketu but in MJ only Bhanusena. Vrishasena nd Prasena died😕

It again questions loyalty of Karna to Dury., after being cursed., Karna told Dury he successfully learnt the astra disregarding the curse..

your thoughts on this?
