The thing is the hypocrisy of people --- Arjuna's life was mentioned in detail, because hello, he is Arjuna? He is the main character with some others.
Even Bheema's other wives are mentioned -- if not in details --- all the pandavas had multiple wives -- even if they were not important enough to be mentioned.
Same goes for other characters, perhaps Vyasa forgot the names of the wives of the characters because they did not play any important role -- but the fact that they had multiple wives is still mentioned. Who knows exactly how many wives the Kauravas, Karna, Shishupaal or Shakuni had. The fact is that all had multiple wives.
Subhadra,Draupadi had important roles to play --- so did ulupi and Chitra --- who knows maybe Arjun had other wives who were not important enough to be mentioned.
