yes this is a tribute post to all the soldiers who lost their lives in mahabharat war
a tribute for all the wives of soldiers who became widow after war
for all the soldier's children who had no father after war
yes i know sounds so not mahabharat na?
but then they were not the one who performed lakshagrah, dyut sabha, vastraharan, abhimanyu's unfair vadh
but at the same time they faced the consequences of the war for their duty
yes it was a dharma yudh and i am not even questioning about that since it was god's decision
but all the akshounis destroyed did not get any tribute which every maharathi got for their death
all the kings, prince everyone got their credit for sacrificing their life for their relatives, for keeping their promise or anything which benifited them
but then all the akshouni sena destroyed did only that for the duty given to them
they did not expect anything in return
they only protected their master and indirectly their rajya at that time
but today when i saw that except for the main characters rest all the place was filled with dead bodies it depicted that only main characters were left
i know this post doesn't refer to anyone's favorite character, any maharathi or any handsome prince
but today i would still like to give tribute to all those soldiers who sacrificed their lives in this dharma yudh that too when they were not responsible for this yudh from any angle!😊

Exactly how I feel. There were 10000s of soldiers who died everyday. It was not their fault but without them this war would not be possible. Well said nuckts.

yuddh chaahe dharma ke liya lada jaaye yaa bhoomi ke ek tukde ke liye, us mein keval sainik hi nahi marte hain us ke saath un sainikon ke parivaar ke bhavishyon kaa bhi naash hotaa hain.

Great post Nuckts!!

Really, nobody pays enough attention to THAT soldier whose only job is to fight the war - doesn't matter whose side he is on.

And the families of these soldiers get affected the most due to the war.

A blood bath is always mandatory in a war! Now whether you belong to the right side or wrong; it doesn't make much difference to the bleeding hearts that are left to heal on its own after the war!! Brilliant post!

Great post!!

When a person enters any army or defense force as a soldier , his life is more for his motherland, they fought for some people who make strategies, takes decisions looking at their benefits or advantages but at the end a common soldiers has to sacrifice his life and so has to his loved ones. Be it Mahabharat or any other war... It causes lifetime destruction which can never be compensated.

After this Dharma Yudh... Did Dharma really prevailed strongly in the society?? Did Geeta Gyan really changed anything in the world??

It's just a Gyan which locked in the pages of thick history books but on practical ground there's no implimentation.

So those soldiers who died with no fault ... Their sacrifice didn't change anything. And that's the sad part of Mahabharat.

Today's soldiers are also having same story. Paralised international policies costing lives of our brave soldiers. Many pilots die in plane crashes, our foreign ministry failed to resolve issues with neighboring countries and for all this late back attitude poor soldiers have to die.
No wonder now a days students spend money on coaching classes, best institutions to get admissions in IIM, IIT and many other such institutions which gives them guarantee of white colored, safe jobs but a very small % of young generation wants to get into defense forces... Why is the big question??

Sorry I got carried away...

so true the soldiers really suffered. on the 13th day of war abhimanyu had to enter the cv but before that thousands of soldiers got killed. they trust their commanders and with the same trust they come to engage in war with their lives at risk they know they cannot return but yet. warriors are really brave and they truly deserves a tribute...šŸ‘
