But I guess it all falls through since StarDrona is going to die like Drona does (hopefully).

Yeah that bit left me confused as well...what ws the purpose of Drona's tyag w.r.t the kavach...really Dunno...n Arjun does make a mention of it...but in what context n why? Dunno that either..😕

2) why bother killing the elephant if Krishna is going to reveal his own yojna? 😕 . And Yudhi/Bheem thanking the Gajraj for his part in their dharma yudh had me ROFL

3) UPs actually had lines and I think they got the relationships right, is that correct? What's with the drums in the middle of the battle? 😕

6) Epic Dron was the one who dragged epic Ashwi into war if I remember correctly. This is the other way around

2) I know right. Can they WW them anymore ... In BRC, horses were killed mercilessly, but I haven't seen a single animal die so far, and when one animal does die at their hands, they are begging for forgiveness ... They probably got a huge scolding after the CG mushak committed suicide.

3) Was it just me or did Drona aim one of those "chakra" - headed arrows at one of the UPs (I think it was the last one) ... was he trying to kill the UP to take revenge for Ashwi's death ... ohh now I wish he was successful. Imagine the emotional aatyachar we would face if StarDrona, after killing an UP, is told that StarAshwi is still alive and not dead. (Well the StarUPs are going die anyway ..)

6) I thought the same thing too!! 😆

All I saw was the rope evaporating. So unless the rope is the kavach's secret weakness? Or I do remember Drona saying something about Ashwatthama being the kavach's power or something... which also doesn't make sense because Ashwatthama is still alive ...

Yeah Dron did aim at SK baby and Pitashree Arjun saved his son. Or was it Sahdevs son?

8) Hoping they give Dusshy the rest of the week. I want to see him pummeled, trampled, pulverized and then I want Arya Bheem to dance the samba on him. Then he can cut off his hands and drag him by his silky hair to the Pandav shibir. Then I want Bheem to do the blood shampoo thing and braid Panchalis hair with his own hands. Then the Patis can come with the choodamani and put it on her, preferably Arya Arjun to do the honors. Please, no Govind in that scene; strictly with Patis.[/QUOTE]
😆😆 Underlined.. Did you recently watch Mary Kom trailer ? 😆 Dushy is safer with Bheema than you.. J/k

I was not aware it was other way around. Interesting.

Great analysis.⭐️

Apparently the Kavach is something like Patronus charm. His mind was unnerved and he couldn't concentrate after hearing of Ashwathama's death so the Kavach grew ineffective.

Drona doesn't give up weapons on account of his son's death (in fact that actually flared him up) but due to Krishna's guilt tripping. He knows Ashwathama is alive.🥱The ruse of Ashwathama's death was Plan A that flopped badly, so Krishna resorted to Plan B aka emotional blackmailing. Poor gajraj died in vain and Yudi will go to hell for no good.

I actually liked today's episode. Although it was a bit melodramatic and a lot of unnecessary "fluff" was added to the story, I liked the message Krishna was delivering to Drona. In the actual story, Drona does flare up after hearing about Ashvatthama's death from Yudhisthira. He does not immediately give up his weapons. In fact, he gets so angry and is ready to destroy the whole battlefield when the sapta rishis appear in front of him and condemn him for all the sins he committed. Reminded of all the adharma he had done in the past, Drona decides to give up his weapons and life in the battlefield. Doing pranayamam, he gives up his life right before Dhristadyumna beheads him, though it seems to everyone else that Dhristadyumna had actually killed him.

Here in Starbharat, it's Krishna who gives "updesh" to Dronacharya instead of the sapta rishis, and instead of criticizing him about his sinful deeds, he criticizes his parenting. So there is distortion, but Krishna's message was good too. The only thing is that it would apply more to Dhritarastra than Drona, since Drona from the epic was not such a bad parent.
