The greatest warrior in terms of martial capability...

IMP: This poll is NOT about who is greater or who is better? this is just about whose fighting skill is better?

For eg: if u vote for karna, plz vote so without considering the fact that he had 3 curses, his kavach kundal were taken

just assume he has kavach kundals and does not have curses
then what? is he the best warrior? no my friends, thats for u to decide

if bhishma was not bound by his duties, how strongly can he fight if he is free?

if arjun is without the help and support of krishna, can he still resist and defeat bhishma or karna?

if krishna hadn't pushed the chariots wheels deep in the ground, karna would have won, if shikhandi hadn't come in between, bhishma would have easily dealt with arjuna

plz note im not insulting any character...im just talking about the fighting capability not about his character, good or bad, positive or negative, dharm or adharm, satya or asatya, nothing...

if u vote for abhimanyu, do not consider his age or limitations...just look at his use of weapons, his skill and ability, not his bravery or courage...

if u vote for yudishthir, consider the fact that he proved to be a match for duryodhan even when his fav weapon was not used by him

if u vote for bhim, u can consider his physical strength as that can be used in war...

if u vote for duryodhan, dont consider his bad character or evilness, just look at his mace skills and physical power

just the warriors with their respective weapons in the battlefield...

Why I said Arjun was because banish a being a warrior was like he was blesses and a student of u know prarshuram. But Arjun was the worlds greatest archer and a true warrior. He never used his skills to support an asharmi he always stood for dharma. And Arjun son abhimanyu was I guess the best if he was of Arjun age then I guess he could overpower any other warrior

It took six great warriors attacking together to kill Abhimanyu and he was just 16. So there's no doubt he surpassed everybody

my vote goes to dronaacharya, because he taught the most of warriors in the list, including arjun.

Arjun, he was ambidextrous, blessed with an awesome bow and he was very focused, agile and successful in all his attempts!!

Lord Krishna, if we don't consider him as god because he take birth in human form, learn weaponary skills like other.

Even as a charioteer he is greatest warrior with his intelligence and maya.

After lord krishna, no one is greatest as the proverb say human is not powerful, only time is most powerful, unconquerable.

If we take pure archery skill (without divyastra gyan) then Eklavya is better than Arjun.

Arjun with pasupatastra get upperhand to Karn with Kavach Kundal as Arjun once said Pasupatastra can kill even immortal.

Karn with Vijiya bow get upperhand to Arjun since Vijiya bow bring sure victory.

Since their is no direct fight between Karn and Arjun with proper result (exception virat war where Arjun uses divine chariot with hanuman and Karn lost his Kavach Kundal) we cant say who is better.

Similarly Arjun with pasupatastra can't win against Bhism and Drona as both also have Pasupatastra weapon.

Bhism matched Parsurama, also once Karna defeated Parsurama in his training period (as Yudhistir said ) so we can't say who is better.

Bhim doesn't know his true power. He only uses small portion of it. So if battle take place between Bhim and Arjun I am sure Arjun will win.

Abhimanyu is consider as superior warrior than both Arjun and Karn (if we do not include chakravyuh gyan)

Abhimanyu (with some divine kavach) win against Karn and if he get chances of learning more divyastra he can also win against Arjun

For me it was Karn but I think the biggest mistake of him was that he supported a wrong side!!!!!!

Its bheeshma for sure.. Had he been free from any bloody "vachans" he would have ruled the world... His "Yudh Vidya" was way more than Arjun and Karna and not to forget that he was a true "Dhanurdhaari" himself... Its sad that Bheeshma's role in Mahabharat is mere listening to Dhritarashtra

Arjun and none other. He defeated everybody single-handedly in battle of Viraat. He didn't have Krishna, or Hanuman with him that time. Further, Karna lost his kawach-kundal after this war. This kawach-kundal thing is over-glorified thing. It can only prevent Karna from weapons harming his body, but it cannot prevent his defeat.
